On those metrics, it appears to be succeeding. First and foremost, Obamacare was about improving access to health care. While it did improve access to insurance, in many, many other ways the United States is falling short. Things are likely to get worse before they get better. Oil Free Chicken Fry Recipe - Zero Oil Tasty Chicken Roast -Oil Free Chicken Recipes For Weight Loss

In this video, I am sharing an oil free chicken fry roast for weight loss, this zero oil weight loss chicken fry is cooked in coconut milk without any extra added oil. This diet chicken recipe is super delicious, tasty, and healthy! a perfect dish for weight loss and weight management. Ingredients: Chicken with bones (bone-in chicken): 900 gms for the garam masala: 1/2 tsp saunf 1/4 tsp jeera 1 inch cinnamon stick 1/2 tsp black peppercorns 1/2 of a star anise 1/3 of a mace 6 cardamon 1/2 tsp cloves 1/2 of a star anise a small piece of nutmeg ------ 1 sprig of curry leaves 1 1/2 inch ginger 1 garlic pod 4 green chilies (use 2 if you want less spice) 15 shallots ----- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 1 whole lemon 1 - 1 1/2 tsp salt or as needed ------ keep marinated for 15-20 mins--- 300 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut 2 sprigs of curry leaves -------- Grind the garam masala, keep aside half grind ginger, garlic, shallots, curry leaves coarsely. add turmeric, kashmiri chilli powder, salt and the ground masala into the chicken. Marinate the chicken for 15-20 mins. Extract coconut milk from freshly grated coconut (you can also use storebought /canned coconut milk. Add coconut milk to a heavy bottomed pan or kadai - iron skillet works best and I am using a deep skillet Add the marinated chicken into the coconut milk. Cook as instructed in the video. It will take 40-45 mins to get the chicken roasted in my heavy bottomed cast iron pan. Garnish with the kept aside garam masala and curry leaves. English/Nat There's new hope for thousands of people world-wide whose lives are at risk if they eat - or even touch - a peanut. British scientists have developed a vaccine against peanut allergy - and they believe it cures other allergies such as asthma and hay fever. It's still at an experimental stage, but the scientists believe the vaccine could be in full production by the year 2000. Within this deep freeze lies the medical equivalent of liquid gold - or so its developers hope. This capsule contains an experimental vaccine which could change the lives of millions of people across the world. Scientists at Peptide Therapeutics, in the British university city of Cambridge, believe they may have unlocked the key to a 'family' of allergies including peanut allergy and asthma - both potentially fatal. They've discovered a way of 'turning off' the cause of the allergies - an antibody called I- G-E. This stops the body going into anaphylactic shock, in which the airways swell up, making it hard for the victim to breathe. Now they're working with Japanese and Canadian partners to develop the vaccine onto the market - curing allergies with a simple annual jab in the arm. It's early days, but they say initial experimental results are encouraging: SOUNDBITE: "There are various kinds of allergies ranging from asthma in children, through hay fever, through to life threatening reactions such as allergies to foods including peanuts, and we have reason to believe that this vaccine will be effective in each of these different indications. It's very unusual in medicine where a new vaccine is produced that it can protect against a number of diseases. We don't have the evidence in the clinic yet that proves that this is the case, but we do have reason to believe the experimental studies that we've done in these labs here that you see today." SUPER CAPTION: Dr Peter Laing, director of research, Peptide Therapeutics So far the scientists have conducted limited trials involving 15 volunteers at an allergy clinic in Poland. They filmed the results using a special camera fitted inside the volunteers' stomachs. This patient had peanut samples injected into him - without the vaccine - and his stomach became cramped as his breathing mechanism began to fail. But the next time the patient was injected with peanut samples, he was given the vaccine - and suffered no ill effects at all. Currently the thousands of people who suffer from peanut allergy have to shop with extreme care, because all kinds of products may contain traces of the nut. For sufferers like Natalie Peacock, aged 15, it's a daily battle to stay free of danger: SOUNDBITE: "It just means that you have to be a bit more careful than other people, if you go out to eat you have to ask, just have to think a bit more." This pizza was shared by my husband and ya! that means this filling pizza serves two. Moringa leaf is a superfood which is in abundance in backyards in the place I live (Kerala), so I make the best use of it.
