Your blood sugar levels fluctuate naturally throughout the day, and the normal blood sugar range is between 70 and 140 mg/dL. Your blood sugar levels are generally lowest in the morning, because you have not eaten for several hours, and increase after your first meal of the day. Your levels continue to fluctuate depending on how active you are, how often you eat and how many calories you consume. Your body uses sugar as energy at all times, so it is not possible to stop your levels from fluctuating. However, you can control how much they fluctuate, here's how? Find out more about Blood Sugar Optimizer here: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/MoreAboutBSO Or watch this video about how high blood sugar levels causes Alzheimer's: ►https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYvWYg1SzWs ====================== 🍬 Why My Blood Sugar Optimizer Is The Best Supplement For High Glucose Levels And Diabetes ====================== I formulated Blood Sugar Optimizer almost 15 years ago for myself and family because we have a family history of diabetes and heart disease.… and I mention heart disease because over 67% of people who have heart related issues… Such as cholesterol, blood flow, blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes… have elevated blood sugar levels! Plus, if you’ve gained weight or have a hard time losing fat… Especially around those stubborn areas such as belly Or for women around the butt, legs and arms. It’s because of high blood sugar levels. And this is because blood sugar and insulin levels affects almost EVERY aspect of your body! It’s one of the MOST IMPORTANT factors that controls BOTH how you look and feel – all day long?…. Especially how you age… – both physically and mentally! It happens to be a primary factor in most diseases and cancers… Blood sugar also affects your mood, your energy levels and even cognition and memory… And if you care about your looks, it also happens to be one of the underlying causes of weight gain, wrinkles, age spots… and even hair loss! … Because of all these reasons, I had to find easy, convenient & safe, long-term solutions that would help lower my blood sugar naturally and quickly No Drugs! No Super Restrictive Diets! No Crazy Workouts! How It Works So during my research I discovered two important facts that changed my life forever… First - I believe that the #1 reason for blood sugar problems is genetics and more importantly… the change in your hormones, due to AGING! Of course… your diet, exercise, stress management and life-style can make this situation better or worse… Secondly – Your body functions on nutrients, NOT “calories”! And if I gave my body the specific nutrients that it needed, I was able to “fix” these issues. Basically, I could “improve & optimize” my genetics! My pancreas was stronger so my body produced optimal, healthy insulin levels, which helps prevent pre-diabetes and diabetes. Dramatically increased “insulin sensitivity” so my body didn’t have blood sugar “highs” or “lows”, or mood fluctuations Improved glucose/sugar metabolism So the carbohydrates I ate, converted to muscle and energy, NOT body fat! And the same can be true for YOU! And here’s the “cool” part… I was able to accomplish all of these benefits, quickly… because scientists have already discovered about 12 specific vitamins and minerals and 10 natural, organic herbs and amino acids… that when combined together, in the correct ratio… created a synergistic effect that naturally helps improve your glucose levels! Now, these scientist are a lot smarter than me … and they’ve spent YEARS doing clinical research to prove this. So I borrowed their award-winning research… I took these clinically proven ingredients and combined them all into one convenient pill, called… Blood Sugar Optimizer™. Which is super easy to use –you simply take 1-2 small capsules, before your meals. That’s it! No drugs, crazy diets or exercise programs. In fact, I never even think about eating a carbohydrate… WITHOUT taking my Blood Sugar Optimizer™ …. And here’s the best part … Blood Sugar Optimizer™ has almost 15 years of scientific PROOF that it works… And because of this, I’m able to offer you a ONE YEAR satisfaction guarantee! In fact, Blood Sugar Optimizer™ is so effective … And works so quickly… that if it doesn’t help improve your glucose levels in only 30 days… you’ll receive a full refund + an additional $100.00 cash back! … Simply stated, Blood Sugar Optimizer™ gives regular people like you and me, who have “average” or “below average” blood sugar genetics, the specific nutrients our body needs, to help metabolize and utilize carbohydrates CORRECTLY… Similar to “good” genetic, “thin” people have!... or at the very least, the way we used to be when we were younger! you can dramatically reduce your risk for Pre-diabetes & diabetes Heart disease (cholesterol, blood pressure, circulation, clogged arteries, etc.) Cancer (breast, prostate, colon, etc.) Neurological diseases (memory loss, Alzheimer’s, MS, Parkinson’s, etc.) ======================================== Thank you for watching. See how Blood Sugar Optimizer can help you here: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBloodSugar =============================================== ■Why Does Diabetes Cause Frequent Urination =============================================== Excessive thirst and increased urination are classic diabetes symptoms. When you have diabetes or are pre-diabetic, excess sugar (glucose) builds up in your blood. Your kidneys are then forced to work overtime to filter and absorb the excess sugar. If your kidneys can’t keep up, the excess sugar is excreted into your urine along with fluids drawn from your tissues. This triggers more frequent urination, which may leave you dehydrated. As you drink more fluids to quench your thirst, you’ll urinate even more. Other “diabetic” symptoms to watch out for are fatigue weight fluctuations – gaining or losing blurred vision tingling hands and feet red, swollen, tender gums symptoms-of-diabetes The BAD News It’s very important for you to do something right now because diabetes is the 7th leading cause of death in America. It’s known to be the catalyst to most health problems – heart disease, inflammation and arthritis, wrinkling, hair loss, gaining weight, high blood pressure – just to name a few. And the worst news of all?… Almost 90 million Americans (1/3 of the population) age 20 and older have pre-diabetes… and it’s growing by 2% every year! Oh… and the scary part is that 83% don’t even know it!… it goes “undiagnosed”! Which means it can quickly and permanently lead to Type 2 Diabetes. Pre Diabetic Stats … And Now The Good News: Almost all of it can be prevented and even reversed!… And I’ll get to this in a minute. Remember, you’re in control and there are simple solutions. You just need to take some action right now, before this situation gets worse and leads to additional health problems. Best Ways To Stablize Your Blood Sugar, Naturally lower-blood-sugar-diet-exercicseWith some minor life-style changes, you can see and feel big improvements quickly. Here are some things you should focus on: Lose Unwanted Fat This may not be fun, but it’s very important and it’s the first step in keeping your glucose in check. Eat Better – Natural Foods This means “low glycemic” foods, less carbohydrates, healthy proteins and fats. It also means to stay AWAY from processed, man-made foods. Also, make sure you eat often – smaller meals throughout the day to stabilize your blood sugar and have lots of fiber as well. Exercise Daily – Aerobic & Anaerobic Exercise utilizes the carbohydrates you eat, so it keeps your blood sugar stable. Having more muscle also improves insulin sensitivity, which means less insulin is needed. Proper Supplementation (for faster results) There are specific natural herbs, vitamins and minerals that can help stabilize your blood sugar, while also improving insulin sensitivity. Clinical studies have shown that people who are diabetic or pre-diabetic are lacking in certain nutrients and taking the correct supplements can quickly help fix this and get you faster results. Simply making some small adjustments in each of these categories will mean fast results for you. Which means more energy, less body fat, better cognition and you’ll simply look and feel YOUNGER! Eating too much sugar can seriously affect your health. What will happen to your heart, brain, and skin, if you quit sugar at least for a week? Eating too much sugar leads to weight gain, sharp mood swings, and even addiction. Some nutritionists consider sugar to be even more dangerous than fat, but we still don’t pay enough attention to the amount of sugar we consume every day. What will happen to you if you quit sugar at least for a week? Well, the changes are going to be incredible! We're going to tell you how you'll feel if you stop eating donuts and if it’s even worth the effort. You'll overcome a serious addiction 0:55 Your breath will be better 1:33 You’ll increase your brain power 2:13 You’ll be less likely to have Alzheimer’s disease 2:44 Your skin will look younger 3:11 Your heart will thank you 3:36 You’ll have less bad cholesterol 4:09 You’ll have a much better mood 4:29 You'll finally get a good sleep 5:04 You’ll be less likely to have diabetes 5:35 You'll lower the risk of having cancer 6:03 Your eyesight will be sharper 6:23 You'll lose weight fast 6:50 You'll see your doctor less often 7:22 You'll save a crazy amount of money 7:57 SUMMARY - Studies show (and that might sound shocking) that sugar is actually more addictive than cocaine! Lab rats were given cocaine until they became addicted to it. - Sugar is often linked to the development of numerous lung conditions, so lowering sugar intake results in weakening asthma symptoms. - Studies have shown that sugar hinders such activities as learning and memorizing things. - A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that giving up sugar may result in your acne disappearing. Sugar is inflammatory, and inflammation is known as a cause of acne. - People who eat too much sugar have a much higher risk of having a heart attack. - High sugar intake raises levels of bad cholesterol and blood fats that can clog your blood vessels, leading to severe heart conditions that can be a huge threat to your life. - Studies found that people, who eat very little sugar or none at all, are rarely diagnosed with depression. - You will be very active throughout the day and ready to sleep when the bedtime comes. Your day/night cycle will be more naturally balanced. - When you eat too much glucose, high insulin resistance develops. It means that sugar can’t get into your cells and can get stuck in the bloodstream. - Pancreatic cancer is often linked to high sugar intake. However, the results of the studies haven’t been entirely consistent; it’s better not to take the risk on this one. - Sugar also affects the health of your eyes. Fluctuations of insulin and glucose levels lead to vessel damage and decrease blood supply to your eyes. - When you eat a lot of sugar, especially fructose, you are very likely to overeat. The pancreas is forced to produce more insulin, so other hormones that regulate metabolism, digestion, and weight are neglected. - Your immune system is seriously affected by consumption of large amounts of sugar. You are protected from bacteria and viruses by white blood cells. - Stop eating sugar and spending money on doctors, dentists, those expensive acne concealers and sweet food and drinks that only harm you. 1. Water Water is essential in fighting many diseases, including diabetes. People who drink more than 34 ounces of water a day lessen their chances of developing hyperglycemia in the next 10 years. But don't worry, 16 ounces of water a day will do. 2. Chamomile Tea No calories, big flavor, and a boatload of antioxidants have made chamomile tea trendy for health reasons, especially for diabetics. Regularly drinking chamomile tea may help lower blood sugar in addition to preventing complications including nerve and circulatory damage, kidney disease, and blindness that can occur due to the condition. 3. Almond Milk This drink can help lower blood sugar. Almond milk is not only devoid of cholesterol, but also low in sugar content, making it doubly beneficial for diabetics. Just make sure that you drink the unsweetened type to help your body regulate your blood sugar levels. Throw in half a banana and a spoon of peanut butter to make a smoothie that will help stabilize fluctuating sugar. 4. Apple Cider Vinegar This is another great concoction to control blood sugar. It has been show to suppress complex sugar activity and improve insulin sensitivity after meals. It also aids in metabolism and weight loss, which are extra perks for diabetics. Vinegar is perfect after eating lots of carbohydrates, since it improves insulin sensitivity through decreasing blood sugar and insulin responses. Plus, vinegar can help you lose weight as it helps you feel full right after meals. 5. Black Tea Because of the high antioxidant content of black tea, this super drink can help decrease one's risk of developing diabetes by 16 percent. Drinking up to four glasses of black tea every day does the trick. Tea may also help reduce your risk of stroke and heart disease. 6. Coconut Water A better alternative to sports drinks is coconut water. It is great for a diabetic because it is low in sugar and is plenty rich in minerals and vitamins which actually work to stabilize sugar. 7. Hot Chocolate Make yourself some hot chocolate with almond milk: it's a fantastic excuse to indulge in chocolate. Cocoa has been shown to improve glucose metabolism and decrease blood pressure. Use highly nutritious, low-fat, low-sugar almond milk and add dark cocoa powder.

10 Drinks That Fight Diabetes Black Tea Already touted as a healthy drink chock full of antioxidants, drinking up to four cups of black tea a day has been shown to help reduce the risk of diabetes by about 16 percent. This is due to the presence of polysaccharides, a kind of carbohydrate that slows down the bloodstream's sugar absorption. Coffee Getty Images Coffee Studies show that drinking more than one cup of coffee a day over four years decreased people's risks for type 2 diabetes by around 11 percent. It's not just the caffeine, either: decaffeinated coffee has been shown to reduce the risk of diabetes by about 36 percent. Researchers believe that it may be due to phytonutrients, which are plant-based chemicals that slow down the release of sugar into the blood. Red Wine Getty Images Red Wine Studies show that moderate consumption of red wine, about a glass or two daily, makes insulin more efficient at reaching glucose within cells. Red wine contains polyphenols and resveratrol, which act like antioxidants that fight fluctuating sugar levels. It allows your blood to flow more freely because it prevents glycation in your blood vessels. Water Getty Images Water Drinking at least 16 ounces of water a day is essential for diabetics. What if you drank more? A study by French researchers reported that people who drank more than 34 ounces of water a day had less chances of developing hyperglycemia in the next decade or so. This could be because of the connection between diabetes and vasopressin, a hormone that controls water in the body. Coconut Water Getty Images Coconut Water Next time you want a sweet and refreshing drink, give coconut water a try. This miracle drink from nature is low in calories and sugar but high in benefits. It contains B vitamins and potassium. It's also a healthier alternative to sports drinks because it contains electrolytes, enzymes, and amino acids that help control your sugar levels. Hot Chocolate Getty Images Hot Chocolate While hot chocolate is normally considered something bad for diabetics to drink, studies show that it can actually have significant health benefits if prepared correctly. According to researcher Lee Hooper and his colleagues, chocolate and cocoa can improve your insulin resistance by reducing serum insulin, giving your body better blood sugar control. Almond Milk Getty Images Almond Milk Besides being cholesterol-free, almond milk also contains a low amount of sugar. Just make sure you get the unsweetened versions so that you'll get just seven grams of sugar per cup. Because they are low on the glycemic index, your body is able to more efficiently digest and turn its sugars into energy. Chamomile Tea Getty Images Chamomile Tea For years, chamomile tea has been touted as a cure-all for all kinds of medical conditions. To find out if it could cure diabetes, researcher Atsushi Kato and his team fed diabetic rats chamomile extract for around three weeks. When compared to the results of a controlled group of non-diabetic rats, the ones given chamomile had a huge decrease in blood sugar levels. Spice Tea Spice Tea You can also add spiced tea to your day by sprinkling some cinnamon and turmeric in a cup or hot water. Cinnamon has been shown to improve insulin function and, combined with water, control elevated sugar over time. Cinnamon is also, of course, filled with loads of antioxidants. Apple Cider Vinegar Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar is another drink that can help control blood sugar. Vinegar has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity after high-carb meals by lowering blood glucose and insulin responses. It also helps in weight loss; vinegar increases the feeling of fullness during meals, which means your caloric intake will likely decrease.

How To Reverse Insulin Resistance And Metabolic Syndrome - ICTM Diabetes Breakthrough Metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance are prevalent conditions that are treated by lifestyle adjustments that include weight loss, exercise and dietary modification. Spices such as cinnamon, caper, coriander, fenugreek, garlic and ginger can all help to minimize the effects of these conditions. Metabolic syndrome, also known as Syndrome X or Insulin Resistance Syndrome is not only considered a disease in its own right, but is also a precursor to Type II diabetes and increases the risk for cardiovascular disease and stroke. It is thought to affect up to 25% of the USA population most of whom are unaware that they have the condition. How To Reverse Insulin Resistance And Metabolic Syndrome - ICTM Diabetes Breakthrough American Heart Association criteria for the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome are: o Elevated waist circumference: Men over 42 inches, women over 35 inches o Elevated triglycerides: Equal to or greater than 150 mg/dL. How To Reverse Insulin Resistance And Metabolic Syndrome - ICTM Diabetes Breakthrough o Reduced HDL ("good") cholesterol: Men - Less than 40 mg/dL,Women - less than 50 mg/dL o Blood pressure over 130/85 mm Hg or use of medication for hypertension o Fasting blood glucose over100 mg/dL or use of medication for hyperglycemia One of the features of metabolic syndrome is insulin resistance which is also the main pathology underlying Type II diabetes. Before a cell will allow glucose through its protective membrane, its insulin receptor must be "turned on" by insulin or a chemical mimic. Insulin resistance occurs when the receptor develops a weakened response to insulin resulting in the cell's failure to absorb sufficient quantities of glucose from the blood. This results in energy deprivation for the cells and raised blood glucose levels. The primary cause of this weakened insulin receptor response is the chronic over-production of insulin. Not only does too much insulin lead to receptor failure, but wide fluctuations in insulin levels are also known to be an important cause of this condition. A useful analogy is that of forcing an oversized key (high insulin levels) into a lock (insulin receptor). After a while, the excessive wear and tear caused by the large key results in damage to the lock making it increasingly harder to turn. If this continues for long enough, the lock wears out and fails to work. These oscillating insulin levels are closely associated with central obesity and a diet high in refined carbohydrate foods. https://juicerkit.com/juicing-for-diabetics/ If you are a diabetic you have to take care when juicing. Juicing for diabetics needs extra attention though because of the risk of increasing blood sugar levels. People with Type 1 or Diabetes type 2, do need to be careful with juicing because placing too much sugar in their body at once can cause mayhem on their blood sugar and glucose levels. Try to choose fruits low in sugar, so you do not raise your blood sugar level. People with diabetes mellitus need to eat every couple of hours at a sequence to maintain their levels of blood sugar stable. Appropriate monitorization of levels of blood sugar is among the key ways in helping to avoid any potentially significant health complications that may arise. By adhering to a few simple steps such as those listed below, everybody can keep control of their levels of blood sugar, dietary intake, weight, and anxiety levels in establishing the path to a healthy life. Losing body weight might help to attain moderate levels of blood sugar, keeping the condition under control. These increase the levels of blood sugar rapidly due to their fast absorption, resulting in rapid insulin release and overworking the pancreas. Doing so prevents surges characterized by high blood glucose and fluctuations in levels of blood sugar. Regular exercises improve the sensitivity of insulin by optimizing muscle function, helping to stabilize levels of blood sugar. Routine workouts contribute to reducing levels of blood sugar and covers a few more bases by improving body weight and maintaining blood pressure level control. Eat three meals each day: Eating breakfast, dinner, and lunch will help to control levels of blood sugar. Include carbohydrates in diet: Include healthy fats foods such as cereals, pasta, bread, potatoes, yam, chapatis, and rice to help control of blood sugar levels. Other foods such as beans, lentils, peas, wheat bran, and nuts can also control blood sugar. Not only can a diet high in fiber help to control levels of blood sugar, but it might also reduce the possible risk of coronary illness. High blood pressure levels might lead to heart problems and stroke. These diabetes mellitus complications are related to blood vessel disease and are often classified as little vessel diseases, such as those between the eyes, nerves and kidneys, and large vessel disease between the heart and blood vessels. Diabetes mellitus accelerates hardening of the arteries of these larger blood vessels, resulting in cardiovascular disease, strokes, and pain in the lower extremities due to insufficient supply of blood. Diseased little blood vessels in the back of the eye cause this utilization of blood and protein from the retina.

Obesity and High Blood Pressure - Obesity is one of the most common cause of high blood pressure. To understand why obesity and high blood pressure is a common cause, we must learn about the total water percentage of the body across 3 life span. Healthy Babies usually have 80% water in the body Healthy adult may have 60% - 70% water in the body Healthy elderly people have 50% water in the body Why Obesity can Lead to High blood pressure? Being overweight comes with extra fat in the body. Extra fat means extra fluid that can lead to resistance Resistance is anything that makes the heart pump harder by pushing through oxygen around the body. 1) Example: Extra fat that is not broken down turns into fatty deposits. Watch►Your Question And My Answers - Diabetic Consultancy #FreeDiabetes You Want Really Control Your Sugar Levels by Using Natural Remedies And Smoothies At Home And Low Price, Then Watch This Channel #FD ( Free Diabetes ) : https://goo.gl/jBTFPc 1...I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Do I need to see an endocrinologist? Answer: While diabetes is an endocrine disease and falls under the specialty of an endocrinologist, there are only 3,000 of us in the U.S. who treat diabetes. Do the math: 25 million people have diabetes; there are not nearly enough endocrinologists. Most people with type 2 diabetes, especially in the early years, can partner with a primary care provider who takes an active interest in their diabetes. 2... What should my blood sugar be when I wake up (fasting) and before meals? What about after? Answer: For most people with diabetes, we recommends a fasting or before-meals blood glucose (or blood sugar) goal of 70–130 mg/dl. One to two hours after eating, a postprandial blood sugar reading at or under 180 mg/dl is recommended. 3... Does a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mean I will have to go on insulin? Answer: No. People with type 2 diabetes may or may not ever need to take insulin injections, depending on several factors, including the timing of diagnosis. Research indicates that if type 2 diabetes is treated early and blood sugar is controlled initially and over the years, the pancreas is more likely to produce enough insulin longer. 4... . How can I learn to accept my diabetes? Answer: Accepting that you have diabetes is largely an act of cognition—a realignment of what you view as real and vital to your existence and how it can impact your life. Diabetes becomes an integral part of a person's life. Accept that diabetes will, for the rest of your life, be there. And it's a very treatable disease, .5... Will insulin make me gain weight? Answer: The reason we need insulin as a hormone made in our bodies or as a medication is to push glucose into cells for energy. Insulin's job is to process calories. For this reason, it can but doesn't have to cause weight gain. To prevent weight gain: Practice portion control. Burn extra calories with exercise. 6...Can your menstrual cycle and/or going through menopause affect glucose levels? Answer: Yes and yes! It's common for women to have hormone fluctuations the week before their period, and those can affect glucose control. After ovulating, estrogen and progesterone rise. Estrogen can make women more sensitive to insulin and cause hypoglycemia. Progesterone can do the converse. Glucose levels often return to their usual patterns after the first few days of the menstrual cycle. 7.. Why is weight loss so important? What's the best way for a person with type 2 to lose weight? Answer: Weight loss is vital, particularly just after a diagnosis of type 2 or prediabetes. Weight loss increases insulin sensitivity, allowing cells to more effectively use the insulin the body continues to make. Losing just 10–20 pounds can accomplish a boatload of benefits. Among them are improved blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels and possibly taking fewer medications or lower doses. Effects of Oatmeal on Blood Glucose. Overview. Whether you've been diagnosed with type I or type II diabetes, chances are you're facing the same challenges: how to manage your blood glucose levels and reduce your weight. Fortunately, there are a number of easy, effective ways to manage both, and they don't require a lot of expense, time or energy. It all starts at the breakfast table. Blood Glucose and Hyperglycemia. The challenge for most diabetics is how to manage their blood glucose levels. The normal range of blood sugar is 70 to 110 mg/dl. While glucose levels can fluctuate throughout the day, blood sugar levels that remain over 110 to 130 mg/dl can mean that you are pre-diabetic--a dangerous disease that affects the kidneys, heart, eyes and many other organs. Newly diagnosed diabetics learn that one of the most important ways to manage blood glucose is by eating complex carbohydrates--carbohydrates that break down slowly in the bloodstream, preventing blood glucose levels from spiking. The Glycemic Index. One of the easiest ways to manage your blood glucose is to eat foods that rate low on the glycemic index. The glycemic index (GI) is a rating system that is assigned to all carbohydrates and defines how quickly they cause blood glucose levels to spike. Spiking glucose levels can cause a number of complications in diabetes like dizziness, nausea, muscle tremors and lack of consciousness. Using the glycemic index, diabetics can choose foods that keep their blood glucose levels stable and avoid serious complications. Foods rated lower than 54 on the GI are considered low. Foods rated between 55 and 70 are medium-GI foods. Foods rated over 70 are high GI foods. The goal is to eat low-GI foods, or combine high-GI foods with low-GI foods or fat and protein to limit blood glucose spiking. Traditional oats (also called steel cut oats) rate low at 51, so you can eat as much of them as you want.

Although there is no cure for type 1 diabetes, the more closely you manage your condition, the less likely you are to have complications. Most importantly, make sure your body gets the insulin it needs. Because type 1 diabetics don't make insulin, you'll have to get it from an injection up to four times a day. Work with your doctor to make sure you have the proper insulin and test your blood sugar level on a regular basis, so you can know the instant something changes. Try to schedule your meals, insulin, and activities to prevent your blood-sugar level from getting too high or too low. Your diet is very important, so always watch what you eat, and stay within your limits of fat, carbohydrates, and sugar. Get a balance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy products, and protein. It's especially important to watch your sugar intake. If you eat a sugary food, you'll have to eliminate another carbohydrate that day. If you have a sweet tooth, consider artificial sweeteners. They satisfy sweet cravings without adding calories or raising blood-sugar levels, so indulging is safer. It's also very important to get regular exercise. Your body uses energy when it's active, so exercise usually causes blood sugar levels to fall and appears to help insulin work better. But always check your levels before and after any strenuous activity, and time workouts to fit in with your meals and insulin injections. Keep stress low. Being rundown and stressed-out makes diabetes harder to manage. Good stress-busting techniques include meditation, deep breathing exercises, physical exercise, and regular massage. If you're a woman, your menstrual cycle, a pregnancy, and use of birth control pills or IUDs can cause fluctuations in your blood sugar level, making it harder to control. So talk to your doctor about how best to manage it. I hope these tips will help you manage your diabetes. If you have any questions, talk to your CVS pharmacist. We're here to help. Introducing: The Eisenstein Metabolic Syndrome Clinic. It is no secret that weight gain is one of the issues that plagues men and women as they age and approach peri-menopause, menopause, and andropause (male menopause). This is one of the most challenging situations people face and even the most educated and successful individuals are often hung up by this one thing that they can't seem to get under control: weight gain. "The Metabolic HCG Diet is a wonderful program because it is a roadmap to regaining optimum health and losing weight safely and effectively. According to Dr. Eisenstein, the Metabolic HCG Diet is about more than just weight loss. Many patients (including himself) who complete the program have also experienced other health benefits, including lowered cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar. "Studies have shown that maintaining healthy levels in these four areas- blood pressure, bad cholesterol, central obesity (belly fat), and blood sugar (insulin resistance) - increases life expectancy while decreasing the incidence of heart disease and stroke." We use a combination of nutraceuticals and Prescription HCG to help patients not only lose weight, but also learn how to eat right to keep the weight off. This professionally supervised medical weight loss protocol is working for me, my family and my patients. I would be happy to help YOU on your weight loss journey.

In This Info Video we Will Explain Causes of Diabetes What is Insulin? and What is Blood Sugar Glucose? What causes diabetes? Insufficient production of insulin (either absolutely or relative to the body's needs), production of defective insulin (which is uncommon), or the inability of cells to use insulin properly and efficiently leads to hyperglycemia and diabetes. • This latter condition affects mostly the cells of muscle and fat tissues, and results in a condition known as insulin resistance. This is the primary problem in type 2 diabetes. • The absolute lack of insulin, usually secondary to a destructive process affecting the insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas, is the main disorder in type 1 diabetes. Don't forget to Subscribe our Channel on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZfbt10Zz-4dRXMW7zqXHdw Diabetes Causes and Diabetes Types Diabetes 1 and Diabetes 2 https://youtu.be/uo_iccZFDp8 Types of Diabetes Major are Diabetes Type 1 and Diabetes Type 2 https://youtu.be/NsISWyyuf80 Causes of Diabetes What is Insulin? and What is Blood Sugar Glucose? https://youtu.be/p5ZExU3QUlA In type 2 diabetes, there also is a steady decline of beta cells that adds to the process of elevated blood sugars. Essentially, if someone is resistant to insulin, the body can, to some degree, increase production of insulin and overcome the level of resistance. After time, if production decreases and insulin cannot be released as vigorously, hyperglycemia develops. What is glucose? Glucose is a simple sugar found in food. Glucose is an essential nutrient that provides energy for the proper functioning of the body cells. Carbohydrates are broken down in the small intestine and the glucose in digested food is then absorbed by the intestinal cells into the bloodstream, and is carried by the bloodstream to all the cells in the body where it is utilized. However, glucose cannot enter the cells alone and needs insulin to aid in its transport into the cells. Without insulin, the cells become starved of glucose energy despite the presence of abundant glucose in the bloodstream. In certain types of diabetes, the cells' inability to utilize glucose gives rise to the ironic situation of "starvation in the midst of plenty". The abundant, un-utilised glucose is wastefully excreted in the urine. What is insulin? Insulin is a hormone that is produced by specialized cells (beta cells) of the pancreas. (The pancreas is a deep-seated organ in the abdomen located behind the stomach.) In addition to helping glucose enter the cells, insulin is also important in tightly regulating the level of glucose in the blood. After a meal, the blood glucose level rises. In response to the increased glucose level, the pancreas normally releases more insulin into the bloodstream to help glucose enter the cells and lower blood glucose levels after a meal. When the blood glucose levels are lowered, the insulin release from the pancreas is turned down. It is important to note that even in the fasting state there is a low steady release of insulin than fluctuates a bit and helps to maintain a steady blood sugar level during fasting. In normal individuals, such a regulatory system helps to keep blood glucose levels in a tightly controlled range. As outlined above, in patients with diabetes, the insulin is either absent, relatively insufficient for the body's needs, or not used properly by the body. All of these factors cause elevated levels of blood glucose (hyperglycemia). Metabolic disorders that are associated with a high blood sugar and glucose are collectively known as Diabetes Mellitus which you will see abbreviated as: DM. Reasons for high sugar level can be too little insulin produced by the body or the body cells can not respond to insulin properly or it can be both. Most of the ingested food is broken down into a sugar known as glucose which then goes to the bloodstream and acts as the major source of energy in the body. It allows the body cells to grow and sustain. But in order to enter the cells, glucose needs a hormone known as insulin which is produced by the pancreas. Every time we eat and food is broken down into glucose, pancreas react by producing insulin according to the level of glucose in the blood. Insulin then carries the glucose from the blood into different cells around the body, reducing the level of glucose in the bloodstream. Generally, concentration of glucose in the blood fluctuates between 70-110 mg/dL in a normal individual. Diabetes mellitus occurs when the pancreas does not produce sufficient insulin, or the cells do not respond to insulin; in both cases glucose stays in the bloodstream due to which not only the level of blood glucose stays high but also cells do not receive sufficient glucose. These conditions manifest symptoms of Diabetes mellitus. Initially, cells lack sufficient fuel to sustain but prolonged high blood sugar results in organ failure, in which major organs such as heart, kidneys, eyes, nerve cells and blood vessels stop functioning. There are 3 types of Diabetes Mellitus: 1. Type 1 Diabetes: is when pancreas cannot produce sufficient insulin. This type of DM is considered an autoimmune condition, as the patient’s body destroys its own beta cells in the pancreas that are responsible for the production of insulin. As pancreas is unable to produce insulin, type 1 DM is managed by injecting insulin to maintain a normal blood sugar level; which is why in the past it was known as insulin-dependent diabetes. About 15% of diabetic patients have type 1 DM. 2. Type 2 Diabetes: is when the cells do not respond to insulin properly, leading to what is called insulin resistance.

HEALTH WARNING Why you MUST slow down your eating speed. Number 1 METABOLIC SYNDROME CONDITION: A recent study claims eating too quickly is linked to metabolic syndrome condition. Metabolic syndrome condition refers to a host conditions which are interlinked but can occur at the same time- hiked blood pressure, increase in abdominal fat, and abnormal cholesterol and triglyceride levels. A term coined by Mayo Clinic, these can occur at the same time and hence lead to heart disease, stroke and diabetes. Number 2 BENEFITS OF EATING SLOWLY: Some of the common benefits of eating slowly are better digestion, hydration, weight management, and hence an enhanced feeling of well-being. The famous saying ‘eating your cake and having it too’ stands right when it comes to food. Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar is often seen advocating this. She has explained how eating food slowly can affect our chakras and therefore our well-being. Number 3 WHY IS EATING QUICKLY BAD? o why is eating quickly linked to an increased risk of heart diseases? This is because when we eat food too quickly, our body does not get enough time to absorb glucose. This happens as there are too many fluctuations in our blood sugar levels which further lead to insulin resistance. Our body then responds by overproducing too much insulin, as a counter-attack for the lack of absorption of glucose. This overproduction can consequently lead to type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Number 4 GIVE OUR BODY TIME. Giving yourself time to eat is important as our body has a process which requires slow digestion. Even if you do not eat a lot of calories, eating too quickly can severely affect your waistline. All you need is 20 to 30 minutes per meal to enjoy your food and let it work in your favour. And if you can’t give yourself that much time, then you need to rethink your health choices.

Talk to you probably about second commonest sort of heart disease that we know talk to you about the silent killer who sneaks up behind you with stealth crawls under your skin quietly slowly killing you and then strikes you down dead like hell have no fury in the middle of the night in your own bed in the middle of the day at work its models opera die is simple to cause maximum amount of injury and damage to your blood vessels so that you end of with Atheroma that is the major disease which obstructs blood vessels so that they swell and rupture spontaneously and if the swell and rupture spontaneously in your coronary arteries you will end with with a heart attack or coronary thrombosis if they burst and rupture in your brain you will end up with an accident a cerebral vascular accident or a stroke the silent killer is called hypertension and I am here to talk to you about that Hypertension is a condition in which the blood pressure is raised ;we normally like patient or people to have a blood pressure of not more than 140 systolic and 90 diastolic 3, you have been taken blood pressures. Have you and you know how to get there levels so I don't have to explain these,to you and these these days in the digital world the job is done more accurately and more effectively with machines you can buy in boots. 4. But the world health organisation says that if you have a blood pressure is over 160,95 diastolic then you are hypertensive. Now you have to very careful of readings of the blood pressure, because blood pressure varies blood pressure varies from time of day blood pressure varies from time to time blood pressure varies with the state of the patient and blood pressure varies with the expertise of the person who is taking the recording the blood pressure varies whether you take what is called the phase 4 or phase 5 of the diastolic pressure there are many many variables:and its only when there levels one constantly raised :that you can say ,that the patient has a disease Process, namely that of hypertension. 5. Why do some patient get it and some not? 6. Well there is an important genetic influence ,hypertensive runs in families ,if you have parents who are hypertensive you are more likely to be be hypertensive yourself it is an important variation according to race 3rd world counties do not have hypertension if you put people from the 3rd world countries in to this part of the world they develop it so is something to do with race and something to do with environment ,environment is important ,because things you eat may well produce hypertension and the one thing that is proven of course is the amount of salt ,sodium that you take in your diet .almost certainly patient who are hypertensive have an abnormal handling of body sodium, that is being shown to exist in their red blood cells for example a lot of hypertension is induced by alcohol this a comparatively new school of thought ;but chronic alcoholism is an important cause of chronic hypertension, obesity is relevant unimportant factor ,but is a factor ,age is the most important factor because is is a normal part of ageing ,that your blood pressure rises:that is because you have athro sclerosis or arteriosclerosis vessels and the resistance to blood flow from the heart increases ,so the heart has to increases its perfusion pressure to accommodate it,so there are a number of factors we know about . 7. How does it occur ,what happens ; 8. Well there is an increase in the peripheral resistance, the small arterioles ,in the body narrow almost certainly in the first place under some sort of bio chemical control and if you narrow million of small arterioles you increase the resistance to blood flow ,and in order to maintain an adequate blood flow to vital organs ,you have to increase the perfusion pressure so that is how it happens. 9. There are two sorts of hypertension 99percent of patient who are hypertensive have what we call essential hypertension that is a euphemism to describe the fact, that we don't really know what has caused it ,so we call it essential but essentially we do not know the cause ;a very small percentage; of patients and I exaggerate here ,but lets say 1% have an actual cause for their hypertension and a great deal of time and money is spent looking for the cause ,because if you can find the cause and do something about it ,you can stop the patient being hypertensive. 10. What sort of causes might there be ,there are 3 important causes ;one is some sort of renal disease ,chronic diffuses renal disease chonic glomerular nephritis ,chronic pyelonephritis, is associated with hypertension ,that is because you will know in the kidneys there are hormones namely angiotensin and aldosterone ,which work if there is a drop in the perfusing pressure Amir dentist

Symptoms of High Blood Pressure | Remedy for High Blood Pressure that works . Signs And Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure (Hypertension). High blood pressure is a common disease in which blood flows through blood vessels (arteries) at greater than normal forces. Measuring Blood Pressure Blood pressure is the power of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart draws blood. High blood pressure, often called hypertension, occurs when this power is also great. Health care workers check blood force readings the same way for children, teens, and grown-ups. They use a standard, stethoscope or electronic sensor, and a blood energy punch. With this stuff, they measure: Systolic Pressure: blood force when the heart beats while pumping blood Diastolic Pressure: blood pressure when the heart is at rest between beats Normal Blood Pressure Normal blood pressure for adults is classified because of a systolic load below 120 mmHg and a diastolic load below 80 mmHg. It is common for blood pressures to change when you sleep, wake up, or are excited or worried. When you are ready, it is normal for your stock pressure to improve. However, once the activity stops, your blood strength returns to your standard baseline area. Blood pressure regularly rises with age and body size. Newborn babies often have quite low blood pressure numbers that are supposed approved for children, while older teens have products similar to adults. Abnormal Blood Pressure Abnormal increases in blood pressure last represented as having blood pressures above than 120/80 mmHg. The following table outlines and explains high blood pressure severity levels. People with diabetes or chronic kidney disease should keep their blood pressure below 130/80 mmHg. Although blood pressure increases seen in pre hypertension are less than those used to diagnose high blood stress, pre hypertension can progress to high blood pressure and should last taken seriously. Extra time, consistently excellent blood pressure weakens and damages your blood veins, which can lead to complications. Types of High Blood Pressure There are two main classes of high blood force: primary and secondary high blood pressure. Primary High Blood Pressure Primary, or essential, high blood force is the most common type of high blood pressure. This class of high blood pressure tends to develop over the years as a person ages. Secondary High Blood Pressure Secondary high blood force is prepared by another medical condition or use of certain medicines. This type usually resolves after the cause is used or removed. http://www.ayurgold.com/index.htm?aff=y/4 1) Reversing Damage - Years of high Glycemic food consumption and continual release of Insulin into the bloodstream have caused damage to your body and some degree of Insulin Resistance to take hold. To help reverse this, AyurGold releases hundreds of phytonutrients that act at the molecular level to promote Blood Health. 2) Regularly Drink Water - Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day to avoid dehydration and help liberate fat stores to be burned as energy. 3) Eat 5 to 6 Small Meals Daily - Spreading food intake improves nutrient absorption, minimizes blood sugar fluctuations, and decreases fat-storing hormones and enzymes. 4) Carbohydrates - Consume low to moderate GI (Glycemic Index) carbohydrates at all times. All low GI diets are based on the same principle of balancing blood sugar. The foods which are restricted on low GI diets are those which cause your blood sugar and insulin levels to rise fast and high such as desserts and refined sugars. This results in more food being converted to fat. Some foods commonly believed to be healthy actually have a high GI index: dried dates, watermelon, banana, raisins, brown rice pasta, white rice, cornmeal, couscous, instant rice, white bread, whole meal bread, dark rye, and popular cereals (Raisin Bran, Special K, Grape Nuts, Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, Cheerios, Puffed Wheat). 5) Protein - Consume lean, complete protein regularly with meals to raise your metabolic and anabolic hormones and prevent lean tissue loss. Good protein sources are skinless chicken, salmon, tuna, sardines, low fat cottage cheese, egg whites, and turkey breast. Avoid luncheon meats, whole milk, ground beef, cheese, bacon, pork chops, and yogurt. 6) Increase Fiber Intake - Fibrous vegetables like Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peppers, and Carrots, and other raw vegetables and brown rice and whole grains increase transit time of food, improve digestion, and enhance weight loss. They also add bulk to the diet which reduces appetite. 7) Reduce Saturated Fats and Replace with Polyunsaturated Fats (PUFAs) - Limit butter, red meat, cheese, mayonnaise, macadamia nuts, peanut butter, and sunflower seeds. Avoid margarine, foods with "partially hydrogenated" on labeling, processed vegetable oils, and fried foods. Regularly consume flax oil, non-processed vegetable oils, salmon, olive oil, hazelnuts, peanut oil, hemp, avocado, almonds, and fish oil. 8) Aerobics - 40 to 60 minutes of aerobics (jogging, fast walking, swimming, cycling) on alternating days from weight training will help to burn fat and calories, increase physical endurance, strengthen heart and lungs, help control blood lipid levels and blood pressure, increase insulin sensitivity, and enhance energy and ability to cope with stress. Since aerobics on an empty stomach rely on fat for energy, morning time is ideal for aerobics. The level of intensity should be within your target heart range. This means 60% to 85% of your maximum heart rate (you feel the workout is somewhat hard where you feel tired but can continue for the entire 40 to 60 minute period). 9) Weight Training - More muscle mass means a higher resting metabolic rate and more calories burned. Weight training 3 to 4 days per week (less than 1 hour per session with 30 to 60 second rest periods in between sets) will foster high levels of muscle building (anabolic) hormones and minimize muscle wasting (catabolic) hormones. Work each body part once a week (chest and back on day 1, legs on day 3, shoulders and arms on day 5). 10) Multivitamins - A good quality multivitamin / mineral supplement is always advisable for maximizing metabolism, fat loss, and health. 11) Consuming Alcohol in Moderation - Drinking too much alcohol can raise triglyceride levels in your blood and also lead to high blood pressure, heart failure, and increase calorie intake (which can lead to obesity and diabetes). 12) Relaxation - When you are stressed, you are more likely to break away from good habits such as eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. Maintain a relaxed outlook by prioritizing tasks, setting limits, getting enough sleep, and calming your mind through meditation, hobbies, and time spent with loved ones.

What Really Happens to Your Body When You Eat Fast Watching what you eat can be easier said than done, but a recent study shows it might not just be about what’s on your plate—it could be about how quickly it disappears. Japanese researchers followed 1,083 adults for five years, splitting them into three categories based on how quickly they ate: slow, normal, and fast. They also answered a questionnaire at the beginning of the study, sharing their diets, physical activity, and medical history. In the beginning, none of the volunteers had metabolic syndrome—meaning at least three risk factors including abdominal obesity, low “good” HDL cholesterol, high triglycerides, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar—which can lead to health problems like heart conditions and diabetes. Watch out for these 7 other signs of metabolic syndrome. When the participants reported back five years later, 84 had been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome—and their eating speed was a major predictor, according to results in the journal Circulation. The fast eaters were 89 percent more likely to have metabolic syndrome than slow and normal eaters. Just 2.3 percent of slow eaters received the diagnosis, compared to 11.6 percent of fast eaters. But that’s not all. Fast eaters also saw more weight gain, larger waistlines, and higher blood sugar levels than slower munchers. The researchers say gobbling down your meal makes it easier to blow past fullness before your body has a chance to signal you to stop. “When people eat fast they tend not to feel full and are more likely to overeat,” said Takayuki Yamaji, MD, study author and cardiologist at Hiroshima University in Japan in a statement. “Eating fast causes bigger glucose fluctuation, which can lead to insulin resistance.” (Check out this other surprising eating habit that could make you gain weight.) Previous research backs up the weight benefits of slow eating, too. One study of New Zealand women found fast eaters have higher body-mass indexes, and a Chinese study found that both healthy and obese men ate less when told to chew 40 times instead of 15 times before swallowing. Preliminary research even suggests chewing your food longer could burn more calories—up to about 1,000 extra every month. Not that fast eating is the only factor making you put on pounds. Don’t miss these other 11 sneaky causes of weight gain that don’t have to do with food or exercise.

You may have been doing the ketogenic diet for a while now, but are you keto-adapted? What difference does keto-adaptation make? Vivica Menegaz joins me in the show to talk about all these and more! In this episode you will learn: What it means to be keto-adapted and what are its benefits The value of keto-adaptation and how we apply it in our modern lives The difference that keto-adaptation brings to your body The different players involved in metabolism and understanding its complexity What are the different aspects we need to consider when doing keto for women? The foundation upon which the ketogenic lifestyle rests What is the quick fix mentality and what are the problems that result from it Key Takeaways: It’s not always easy to get keto-adapted, it depends on a number of factors such as your metabolic profile, your insulin resistance, your liver’s ability to convert fats into ketones, etc. Less than 20% of the people who are doing the ketogenic diet now are able to reach a satisfactory state of keto-adaptation. The first thing we need to address, when it comes to achieving weight loss, for example, is toxicity. Ketosis and keto-adaptation are part of our natural physical genetic code. Ketosis was not invented by nature for us to lose weight. It was invented to keep us alive. It is perfectly natural to go in and out of ketosis. It is part of the natural state of well-being. Keto can be done in many ways. There are different ways for different people of different ages and different lifestyles. Action Steps: Take whatever you read, especially when it’s labeled scientific research, with a grain of salt. It’s not necessarily true. When it comes to doing the ketogenic diet, don’t be afraid to be your own experiment and see how things go for you. Embrace a more holistic perspective on what healing really means. What does it take to be healthy and live healthy in your mind and in your body? Take responsibility for your own health and well-being. This is the first step in the ketogenic journey. Bring mindfulness and awareness to everything you do, especially eating. Be loving and compassionate to yourself and have a true support system among women. For more info: https://draxe.com/low-carb-diet/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Jan-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=carbs A lot of my patients ask me, “How many carbohydrates should you eat per day?” First, it depends on your health goals and your body type. However, if you’re an active person consuming 1600-2000 calories a day, you want carbohydrates to be about 40% of your overall intake of calories, 30% protein, and 30% fat. These numbers can fluctuate depending on if you’re trying to burn fat, build muscle, or just stay fueled. In general, the amount of carbs you consume per day should be between 500-800 calories, which is 120-200g of carbohydrates. A lot of people today are saying carbs are bad for you. However, carbohydrates are important for energy and cellular function. They can be harmful if you overload on carbohydrates, which is what a lot of people do today. I would encourage you to start a food diary for 3-7 days and write down what you're eating on a daily basis. Then monitor your daily overall intake of fat, protein, and carbohydrates and see how your body does. Then, try adjusting these proportions based on what you’re trying to achieve. Try getting more grass-fed animal products, more fruits, more vegetables, more sprouted nuts and seeds, more coconut products, more raw fermented dairy products and overall real foods. By following these food groups, you will burn fat fast and heal your gut.
