This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. If it is not treated on time, it can cause brain haemorrhage, coma and even death. For this reason it is vital that it be taken proper care of. The most important thing to know about high blood pressure control what it exactly it, what causes and what are the ways to treat this health condition. Heart Pumping and Blood Pressure: Human body contains 5-6 liters of blood depending on the sex and age. Almost 5 liters of blood passes through the heart and is purified every second. Heart separates deoxygenated blood from oxygenated blood, send the deoxygenated blood to the lungs for getting oxygen and the oxygenated blood to all part of the body. This process is done by the contraction & relaxation of the heart muscles, each cycle called a heart beat. After purifying the blood, it delivers the blood to all body parts through veins and arteries. The amount of heart beats depends on the flow of blood from the heart. If the pressure of blood flow is high, the heart beat rate will also be higher. Same is the other way around. This increased or decreased blood pressure causes the veins & valves to contract and expand accordingly putting pressure on the blood vessels and the heart. Symptoms: Headache Vomit Low energy level Weak eye sight Improper working of digestive system How to measure the blood pressure & its diagnosis: The first step in high blood pressure treatment is diagnosing whether a patient has high BP of low. If the blood circulation is 140 / 90 torr or higher, then it will be categorized as high blood pressure. 139 / 89 torr pressure is known as pre-hyper tension, which indicates that it is the starting point of blood pressure. Diagnosis process needs to be carried according to following parameters: Sample should be examined three times in a week. If the blood pressure of the patient is very high then one should wait for half hour then check the blood pressure again. The blood pressure is measured with a strip and from upper part of arm. BP is measured in “mmhg”, which is known as Cardiac Output or heart rate; increased heart rate indicates high blood pressure. According to the American Heart Association blood pressure in measured in two parameters; Dialectic mmhg and Systolic mmhg. In a healthy human being, the level of systolic & dialectic blood mmhg should be according to the following figures. Systolic mmhg: hypertension 90, 90 – 119 Dialectic mmhg: hypertension 60, 60 – 79 High Blood Pressure Treatment: It important to avoid the things that cause high blood pressure in the first place. Hypertension is divided into five stages, first two stages are not very dangerous and by self precautions, you can prevent severe hypertension. At this stage patient should avoid foods with high fats, smoking & exercise regularly. Salt is the main cause of high blood pressure and drug therapy & Beta blockers are suggested for the patients. Eating a healthy diet and emphasizing on natural diet like fruits and vegetables can help control blood pressure a lot. If you have developed High BP, it is very important that you get checkup every now and then. Lastly, it depends on you that how much you are willing to control hypertension. Typically you have low testosterone, high female and stress hormones. And I’ve mentioned this in the past… However, there’s also a secondary reason that can’t and shouldn’t be ignored and that has to do with poor blood flow and circulation - throughout your body, but more specifically to your penis. By this he means that most people are “unknowingly” making the wrong lifestyle choices every day and thus, the “bad habits”. However, I don’t think you’ve ever answers this topic - Please help me Dr. Sam” Actually, I have addressed this question in the past, but not in detail or directly and that’s why I’m bringing this up today. And the truth is that I get a lot of questions about this topic. So the fact is that exercise can increase OR decrease your testosterone levels. It all depends on what you do, when, where, how often and for how long. And thus, you can gain OR lose muscle. Decrease OR increase belly fat. Gain OR lose strength. Increase OR decrease your energy levels. Improve or decline immune system. And you can increase or decrease your sex drive, libido and happiness. When I was younger, I would exercise 5-6x weekly. I would work out for at least an hour. I would lift heavy weights, I’d push hard and go to “failure” on all my exercises. I would also do cardio almost daily - for at least 30 minutes or more. Typically it was the bike, jogging, stairmaster, etc. It was a hard workout and I would always leave the gym feeling exhausted. However, I felt like I had a good, “honest” workout because I gave it my all and pushed as much as I can. I did this for years… The end result - sadly, I looked the same all the time!... I always seemed like I had a cold and I’d get sick often. I never had any energy to do much else -- I was just tired from my workouts. The end result is I looked “skinny-fat”. You know, not muscular or “lean”. It just didn’t look good. I was “puffy” and “squishy” all the time. And sadly, my sex drive was kinda “blah”. Granted, because I was YOUNG, it was still “okay”. However, compared to my friends - it was much lower. Then one day I decided to do a hormone test because I was just curious. Well, guess what -- my testosterone levels were low. Worst of all, my “negative” hormones were “high”... Thus, my hormones were not good, not optimal -- definitely not for a 23 year old man. ...When things should have been much better and I should have had super high testosterone levels. I realized then that without the right hormones - it doesn’t matter what you do, how much you exercise or what you eat -- you’re screwed! This is why steroids are so powerful. They give you “optimal” levels. However, you can make your own“natural steroids” from within, and not have any of the negative side-effects … IF you know what to do and more importantly, what NOT to do. So what does all of this have to do with the original topic of “exercise and increasing or decreasing your testosterone levels”?... Here’s the basic “short cuts” on the “do’s” and “don’ts” DO Lift weights! Keep your workouts short, 45 minutes or less. Workout no more than 4x weekly. Do one workout with heavier weights and lower reps - about 8-10 repetitions. And the next workout higher, about 12-15 reps. One week out of every month, reduce your sets and have easier workouts. DON’TS Eliminate or limit stressful cardio. This means no running, jogging, biking, etc. These all decrease your testosterone and increase stress hormones. Don’t kill yourself every workout, go to failure, pushing hard, etc. When you are “natural” and have “regular” genetics, you can’t push so much, so often… When I ask most people “what’s the opposite of testosterone”, people typically reply back with “estrogen”, the female hormone. However, this is not true. Actually, the opposite of testosterone is the stress hormone, cortisol. Cortisol does the opposite of testosterone. It decreases muscle and strength, increases belly fat, makes you tired and kills your sex drive. Again, after your cycle, your liver enzymes will go back to normal. Fatigue - many steroid will initially give you more energy. But over time, they can decrease your energy levels, especially the orals. High Cholesterol - Almost all steroids will cause negative effects on your lipid levels. Orals are the worst, but so are most injectables that don’t convert to estrogen. Needless to say, your lipid and cholesterol levels will go back to normal after the cycle. High Blood Pressure - Like cholesterol, this will go back to normal after your cycle. HOWEVER, if it’s elevated too much, for too long - you might get a stroke and it could cause renal and kidney problems. Which can result in kidney failure and dialysis. This does happen, so keep an eye on your blood pressure. Long-Term, Permanent Side Effects Hair Loss - Now, this is a real problem that NOBODY wants. However, this is caused by genetics and the type of steroids you take. Needless to say, even people with the best genetics, will lose hair when you take high doses of steroids, especially certain ones … for long periods of time. Testicular Shrinkage - ALL steroids will cause this. There are ways around this, but it’s too complicated to get into in this video. They will grow back after your cycle.
