This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. Getting The Most Out Of Your Vitamin & Mineral Supplements and Absorbing the Vital Nutrients

You researched and choose good quality supplements. But now are you taking them at the right time and with the right foods or other supplements? Adjusting your supplement timing and learning how to match them up, could help you get a whole lot more out of these health helpers. Multivitamins contain an array of vital nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and amino acids. These vitamins can be fat soluble (like vitamins A, D E and K) or water soluble (like the B-complex vitamins and vitamin C). Fat-soluble vitamins are dissolved in fat, then delivered by your bloodstream. Excess vitamins are stored in your liver for future use. Water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water and aren’t stored by your body. They have to be replenished every day. Take your multivitamin within 30 minutes of a meal to help aid digestion and boost the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. Don’t take your multivitamin too close to bedtime. Vitamins B12 and C, found in most multivitamins, can have stimulating, sleep-disrupting effects. Direct sun is one source of vitamin D; however, it’s easier for those with paler skin to produce vitamin D. A fair-skinned person can produce an adequate amount of vitamin D in 15 minutes of sunshine exposure, whereas a dark-skinned person could take up to two hours and that’s without sunscreen. Studies have shown that vitamin D3 decreases mortality. The body needs vitamin D to absorb calcium. Without enough vitamin D, one can’t form enough of the hormone calcitriol (known as the “active vitamin D”). This in turn leads to insufficient calcium absorption from the diet. Although vitamin D can be taken on an empty stomach, taking it with a meal that contains fats, such as dinner rather than breakfast may increase your absorption. Calcium supplements have long been synonymous with bone health. They’re also important for strong muscles and a healthy heart. A low intake of calcium and vitamin D can lead to osteoporosis in both women and men. Another group that may be deficient in calcium is nine- to 18-year-old girls. Spread out calcium intake, as the body can’t absorb a large amount all at once. Take no more than 500 mg at a time. Don’t take calcium with any other mineral supplements or with a multivitamin. If you’re on any medication, consult your health care practitioner before taking calcium; many medications compete with calcium for absorption. One of the most underrated minerals responsible for numerous cellular functions is magnesium. Magnesium is required for heartbeat and blood sugar regulation and healthy nerve and muscle functioning. Magnesium converts vitamin D into its active form so that it can help with calcium absorption. Since intestinal absorption tends to decrease with age, magnesium is essential for older adults. Magnesium supplements that can be applied to the skin are an option for people who find oral magnesium supplements irritate their intestinal lining. Leg cramps often experienced by pregnant women or at nighttime can respond well to topical magnesium as well. Take magnesium with food and apart from other minerals. Probiotics are all the rage because of their beneficial effects on the digestive and immune systems. To help ensure probiotics survive stomach acid for delivery to the intestines, researchers have developed a coating that is both heat and acid stable. The benefits of liquid probiotics is that liquids distribute healthy bacteria all along the digestive tract. However, most liquid preparations require refrigeration; otherwise, the supplement will lose its potency. Take probiotics with a meal containing healthy fats, or at least 30 minutes before the meal, for best absorption. Before taking an iron supplement, get a blood test performed by your health care practitioner. A blood test can determine the true level of iron in your blood and whether you need an iron supplement. Professional guidance is important, as excess iron intake can be harmful. Take iron with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, as vitamin C helps the body absorb iron in the gut and regulates iron uptake and metabolism. Take iron with food to reduce the risk of an upset stomach. Don’t take calcium supplements at the same time as iron supplements or iron-rich foods; calcium can decrease iron absorption. In recent years, this tart little fruit has received a lot of attention from health conscious consumers looking to add more superfoods to their diets. In countries like the US and UK, camu-camu fruit is typically sold in health food stores in dried, powdered form, occasionally you may also find juice blends containing this exotic superfruit. Those who are convinced of the health benefits of the camu-camu fruit use dried camu-camu powder to improve the nutritional profile of smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, and homemade energy bars. Camu-Camu Provides Ellagic Acid, an Anti-Cancer Compound. Camu-camu has been shown to contain high amounts of ellagic acid. Ellagic acid is a powerful natural compound that has been shown to neutralize cancer-causing substances, boost the immune system, and promote self-destruction of cancerous cells in test tubes. Now that, of course, does not prove that camu-camu has anti-cancer activity in humans, but it certainly makes camu-camu stand out as an interesting subject for future studies. Camu-Camu Contains 40 Times as Much Vitamin C as Oranges. There are many health claims about camu-camu that have not been proven, but one thing we know for sure: this much-touted Brazilian superfood is right there on top of the list of the best food sources of vitamin C. It has been shown to contain even more vitamin C than acerola, acai berries, and guava, all of which are known for their extremely high vitamin C levels. The vitamin C levels in fresh camu-camu have been shown to range from about 1,882 milligrams to about 2,280 milligrams per 100 grams. That's about 40 times the amount of vitamin C found in regular oranges and nearly 80 times the amount found in mandarin oranges! As you may know, vitamin C helps keep your immune system, skin, bones, and teeth strong and healthy. This versatile nutrient has also been shown to act as a natural anti-histamine, and may therefore help alleviate certain types of allergic reactions. All this vitamin C also helps to block disease-causing inflammation from forming within the body, as do various other vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants found in camu camu. Lower inflammation means lower risk of disease. Vitamin C can act as an antioxidant which can help protect your body against cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals may occur as by-products of normal metabolic processes. If your diet does not contain enough antioxidants, free radicals may increase your risk of degenerative diseases and speed up aging in general. A group of researchers from Japan recruited 20 male smokers and randomly assigned each man to one of two groups: The first group were instructed to consume 70 milligrams of 100% camu-camu juice daily, corresponding to 1,050 milligrams of vitamin C. The second group were asked to take vitamin tablets containing an equal amount of vitamin C. The results were surprising: the men in the vitamin C supplement group did not show an improvement in their oxidative stress levels at the dose used in this 7-day trial. By contrast, the men in the camu-camu group showed a significant drop in several markers of oxidative stress. Not only do these results imply that camu-camu has strong antioxidant properties, they also suggest that natural compounds other than vitamin C may be largely responsible for the antioxidant properties of camu-camu. Camu-camu, has been shown to contain anthocyanins along with other flavonoids. In addition, camu-camu contains carotenoids such as lutein. Sometimes called "the eye vitamin", lutein is often used as a preventive treatment for cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa, and other diseases affecting the eyes. A little bit of this superfood powder goes a long way with 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon providing for your daily Vit. C requirements, depending on your calorie intake. Because it tends to have a sour slightly astringent taste it is often mixed into fruit-based smoothies, juices and sweet foods or desserts. It feels so good on the teeth to bite into it, and my kids go crazy for them .. so I spent a bit of time researching how they're made commercially. My biggest motivation for doing this was to see if we could make our own at home, and I'm actually still trying to figure out how to make gelatin and corn syrup from scratch, so if I can figure out how to do that, maybe I'll show how to do it in another project video. Only a small handful of you have ever seen the LEGO Gummy video I made in 2010, and that's because it was nearly 5 years ago, before I really got serious about making videos. I took it off my channel in 2012 because I had full intentions of making a better version, so here it is .. 3 years later! :) Now I wanted to make candies that made people look twice, and LEGO bricks instantly came to mind because what's more awesome than LEGO and gummy put together? But I wasn't sure where could you get a mold for making LEGO bricks. Surfing around the internet, I stumbled across an awesome Instructable by SFHandyman: http://bit.ly/IBSFHandyman To my amazement, not only had he shown how to make a mold for making LEGO candy, he also made LEGO gummies as well! I played around with loads of variations in recipes to see what texture and tastes I liked the best. And I've kept experimenting off and on for the last 4 years, using my kids and wife for feedback. They gobble them up no matter what variations I use, but I've finally settled on 1/2 cup of very cold water, 1/4 cup of corn syrup, 2 packets of unflavored gelatin, and 1 pack of Jell-O. I've found that the corn syrup seems to help smooth out the texture and the taste. If you try making this recipe, it's very important to start the gelatin in cold water. Stir it up, then let it sit for 5 minutes before you turn on the heat. Otherwise, you'll get gobby clumps of undissolved gelatin in your syrup that doesn't look very appetizing. I originally made my silicone mold with a 2 part mix from a special effects supply company. I used real LEGO bricks set on a LEGO base, and built a makeshift retaining wall with bricks and play-dough. I don't plan to make a tutorial on how to make the mold, but I want to do a video on how to make a silicone mold in general. It's amazing to see how much detail the silicone can transfer to the final gummy products. If you look closely at my candies you can even see the little “LEGO” text on top of the gummy LEGO studs. To make sour gummies, we often add citric acid. They are incredible! But if you don't have citric acid, try taking SFHandyman's suggestion and add vitamin C. The citric and ascorbic acids in the vitamins sour them the same way, which actually makes them taste just as great, and enriches them with vitamin C as well.

Swimming is one of the most effective exercises to gain height. The thing is that it stretches both the body and the spine. Moreover, when a person is swimming, gravitation doesn't affect them. So, when they keep moving their muscles, this stretches the body extremely well simultaneously having a great effect on the spine while it gets longer. Don't forget to breathe properly during the exercises, relaxing and avoiding the urge to tense. To make the stretch more intense, lift your arms over your head and arch your body back. -Lifting up to your toes is popularly known as vibration gymnastics. By regular practice, it can even prolong your life by decades. -Skipping is a heart-pumping high-speed activity. When you use it while swimming, you extend your legs and arms straight, so your body is pulled in the opposite directions and well-stretched.
