Allergy (also called: Hypertension) -- video script below -- Blood pressure is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. Each time your heart beats, it pumps blood into the arteries. Your blood pressure is highest when your heart beats, pumping the blood. This is called systolic pressure. When your heart is at rest, between beats, your blood pressure falls. This is called diastolic pressure. Your blood pressure reading uses these two numbers. Usually the systolic number comes before or above the diastolic number. A reading of 119/79 or lower is normal blood pressure 140/90 or higher is high blood pressure Between 120 and 139 for the top number, or between 80 and 89 for the bottom number is called prehypertension. Prehypertension means you may end up with high blood pressure, unless you take steps to prevent it. High blood pressure usually has no symptoms, but it can cause serious problems such as stroke, heart failure, heart attack and kidney failure. You can control high blood pressure through healthy lifestyle habits and taking medicines, if needed. NIH: National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute

Signs of High Blood Pressure

03:52
http://bit.ly/bloodPressureNow Signs of High Blood Pressure Blurry vision, trouble breathing, nausea, and disorientation are all serious signs of high blood pressure—especially when experienced together. Generally, such signs don't manifest themselves until someone reaches critical blood pressure levels that require immediate medical attention. If unattended, severe levels of blood pressure can result in life-threatening episodes, such as seizures, aneurysms, and heart attacks. High blood pressure can also cause metabolism to fluctuate, resulting in weight gain and an increased risk of diabetes, strokes, and heart problems. Very high blood pressures can also cause permanent damage to one's vision. The signs of high blood pressure, or hypertension, are often so subtle as to appear nonexistent. When they do manifest, the most conspicuous signs of high blood pressure are dizziness, blurry vision, breathing problems, and a pounding pulse. Less clear symptoms include headaches, nose bleeds, and nausea. Most individuals with early-stage hypertension don't experience noticeable or worrisome symptoms, although some do. Potentially life-threatening levels of high blood pressure typically are reflected in one or more of the aforementioned symptoms. Individuals who don't yet experience constant, severe blood pressure levels may not realize their condition, due to subtle or nonexistent symptoms. What symptoms do manifest may be difficult to interpret as signs of high blood pressure. Such individuals may experience an increase in headaches, for example, or have more nose bleeds. Occasionally, they may experience a faster heart rate that results in the sensation of a pounding in the chest, neck, and head. They may also experience irregular heartbeats. Such symptoms are likely to continue to manifest if high levels of blood pressure become more severe. Due to the fact that signs of high blood pressure are notoriously difficult to detect, it's important that adults be vigilant about having their blood pressure checked at least once every couple of years. Many cases of high blood pressure—cases that would otherwise go undetected—are discovered during a routine doctor's visit. Without routinely checking one's blood pressure, hypertension problems might not become apparent until they reach severe levels. If for some reason a visit to a doctor is problematic, many grocery stores feature stations where individuals can check their blood pressure for free or for a nominal fee. These stations are able to give a general idea of one's blood pressure, but their readings aren't nearly as accurate as at a doctor's office. Certain demographics should be extra vigilant about detecting signs of high blood pressure. Blood pressure is affected by age, which means that as individuals get older, they should accordingly take more measures to regulate and monitor blood pressure. Blood pressure is also affected by being overweight, and stress also can cause blood pressure to rise. Diets insufficient in potassium and vitamin D, and diets too rich in sodium are known to elevate blood pressure as well. Individuals who smoke tobacco or drink alcohol also should be aware that such substances can adversely affect blood pressure. Pregnant women also are at an increased risk for hypertension, which can lead to preeclampsia, a possibly deadly condition. Lastly, anyone whose family has a history of complications with blood pressure should be extra vigilant about watching out for their own increased risk of developing hypertension http://bit.ly/bloodPressureNow Signs of High Blood Pressure https://youtu.be/s95FX_mGOlc

What Causes Hypertension [2018] High Blood Pressure Symptoms

13:20
What Causes Hypertension? I'm Dr. Frita. Did you know that high blood pressure is a leading cause of heart disease and heart failure, and the number two cause of kidney failure? __________ Subscribe so you’ll never miss my latest videos. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBve_ppCNE67fs3MsIocitg?sub_confirmation=1 Be sure to follow me on: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dr.frita/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Dr.Frita Twitter: https://twitter.com/DrFrita __________ Do you know why they call hypertension the silent killer? Blood pressure. Don't let it get high off your own supply. Today, I will give a general overview of hypertension or high blood pressure. I will discuss the definition of hypertension, which actually just changed in 2017 based on the recommendations of the American College of Cardiologist and the American Heart Association. I will also talk about the consequences of poorly controlled blood pressure. And I will talk about how to prevent hypertension by not letting your blood pressure get high off your own supply. Don't let it get high off your own supply. So what is hypertension or high blood pressure? Hypertension or high blood pressure is when you have an elevated pressure in the blood vessels. We measure blood pressure with two numbers. There is that top number, or the systolic blood pressure and the bottom number, or the diastolic blood pressure. The systolic blood pressure, that top number, measures the pressure in your blood vessels while the heart is contracting or squeezing. That bottom number, the diastolic blood pressure measures the pressure within your blood vessels while the heart is relaxed. Normal blood pressure is when the systolic blood pressure is less than 120, and when the diastolic blood pressure is less than 80. You have elevated blood pressure when the systolic blood pressure is between 120 and 129, and when the diastolic blood pressure is still less than 80. So yes, with the new definitions you have elevated blood pressure when your systolic blood pressure, that top number, is between 120 and 129. So now, what is the definition of hypertension? It's when the systolic blood pressure is 130 or greater, and when the diastolic blood pressure is 90 or greater. What are the consequences of poorly controlled blood pressure? Well, heart disease, heart failure, stroke. And again, poorly controlled hypertension can lead to kidney failure. Hypertension is the second most common cause of kidney failure in the United States. What are the symptoms of hypertension? Well sure, you can get headaches. Some people will even get shortness of breath. There are different symptoms that you can get with severe high blood pressure. But the most common symptom of hypertension is nothing. So you could be walking around here with dangerously elevated blood pressures with no symptoms whatsoever, and that's why they call hypertension the silent killer. What can you do to prevent high blood pressure? Well, you can prevent it by not letting your blood pressure get high off your own supply. Don't let your blood pressure get high off your own supply. What is your own supply? Your own supply refers to the foods and the habits you have, which may be putting you at risk for hypertension. For example, if you sat down at the breakfast table and had five slices of bacon this morning, and then you checked your blood pressure and found out that it was elevated. Well, your blood pressure might be high off your own supply of bacon. What are some other things you may be supplying to your blood pressure to make it high? Number one, salt, or sodium. Don't let your blood pressure get high off your own supply of salt. Now when I ask most of my patients if they have a low salt diet, they immediately respond, "Oh yes, Dr. Frita. I never add salt to my food. I don't even pick up the salt shaker. And they're usually very proud of themselves. But once I delve a little deeper into their diet history I find that most of them have high sodium diets. So now I've given you a general overview of hypertension. We talked about the definition of hypertension. What causes Hypertension. When that top number is 130 or greater, or when that bottom number is 90 or greater. We talked about the consequences of hypertension, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure. We also talked about the most common high blood pressure symptoms. Nothing. We talked about how to prevent high blood pressure by not letting your blood pressure get high off your own supply. I want you to please comment down below. Please like my video. Share my video. And let me know whatever else you want me to discuss. I love hearing from you. Remember, prioritize yourself. Go to your doctor. Find out if you have high blood pressure, or if you're at risk. Strive to be a healthier, happier you. I'm Dr. Frita.

☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

05:23
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. ♥ The Scary Truth About High Blood Pressure Symptoms

04:30
Discover the REAL CAUSE of High Blood Pressure & 5 Best Foods for Lowering It Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerHBPToday ======================================= The Scary Truth About High Blood Pressure Symptoms ======================================= (1) http://www.webmd.com/news/20110420/the-10-most-prescribed-drugs (2) http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Conditions/HighBloodPressure/PreventionTreatmentofHighBloodPressure/Types-of-Blood-Pressure-Medications_UCM_303247_Article.jsp Today’s question is from Rose and she asks: “How do you I know if I have high blood pressure?... I think lately I’ve had it because I’ve been having headaches. How can I lower my BP naturally?” So here’s the truth -- unless you take your blood pressure readings multiple times a day for a few days in a row, it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to know if you have chronic high blood pressure. This is because there is NO list of symptoms or “signs” of high blood pressure (HBP or Hypertension).... And THIS is the scary part. It’s a MYTH that people with high blood pressure will experience symptoms, like nervousness, sweating, headaches, nosebleeds or facial flushing. The scary fact is that high blood pressure is a symptomless “silent killer.” If you ignore your blood pressure because you think a certain symptom or sign will alert you to the problem, you are taking a dangerous chance with your life. This is a VERY important topic for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. What’s really scared me personally at an early age is that my grandfather died immediately with his FIRST and ONLY stroke. My uncle was handicapped and paralyzed for the rest of his life, with his FIRST and ONLY stroke. Thus – NO warnings. NO second chances. NO opportunity to make changes or improvements. And this is why high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer”. Unfortunately, having “high blood pressure” has become a “silent” epidemic. Did you know that: 1/3 (35%) of adults over the age of 20, has high blood pressure?... Yet, 72% aren’t even aware that they have hypertension If you’re over the age of 50, man or woman… over 57% of the population has high blood pressure! And if you’re over 60 years old, it’s a shocking 67% And it only gets worse… About 77% of people who have their first heart attack, have high blood pressure. About 84% of people having strokes, have high blood pressure. The fact is that high blood pressure is a major cause of a heart attack and stroke. And in my opinion, more important than cholesterol levels. This is why blood pressure drugs are the #2 most prescribed1 drugs in America And get this, there 11 different TYPES2 of “blood pressure lowering” drugs. And a total of over 75 different medications! And YET – this problem is getting worse each and every year mainly because the drugs just aren’t working. Anyway, I mention all of this not to be a “downer” or to “ruin your day”. But to emphasize the importance of making sure you have healthy blood pressure levels and not look for symptoms because there aren’t any reliable ones. Because the statistics show that most of us have elevated blood pressure. So you and I need to make improvements in our life-style. I don’t want you to be another statistic, like my own grandfather, uncle and even my dad. Forget about taking drugs - they don’t work and it’s not a good or safe long-term solution. Natural remedies exist… it’s what I personally use myself, as well as my family. Below I have a great video about this topic, where I reveal the real cause of high blood pressure, as well as the 5 best foods for lowering your blood pressure, naturally. ♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men!

05:54
My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/ProvenHBPFormula ======================================= ♥ WARNING - High Blood Pressure Kills More Women Than Men! ======================================= Most people think that “heart” conditions and high blood pressure is more of a “man’s” problem, but it’s actually the opposite! In fact, high blood pressure affects more women than men! Did you know that if you’re a woman, aside from smoking … your biggest risk factor for having heart problems is high blood pressure?... And this is because women have smaller blood vessels in the heart, making them more vulnerable to high blood pressure and inflammation of the blood vessels. In fact, the statistics are startling…. High blood pressure affects one in four women, and kills significantly more women than men: 59% of women compared to 44% of hypertensive men, according to American Heart Association’s 2016 statistics. By the way, your goal for healthy blood pressure levels should be 120/80 or lower. What Causes High Blood Pressure In Women? Pregnancy: The increased blood volume required to nurture a growing fetus—can potentially raise blood pressure to extremely high levels. For this reason, expectant mothers also should have blood pressure readings taken often. Also, hypertension can develop rapidly in the last three months of pregnancy. When this happens, a woman may need treatment—even after delivery. Menopause: Normal age-related hormonal declines, often cause a woman’s arteries to become less elastic and more constrictive, thus contributing to high blood pressure. Unfortunately, giving women synthetic hormones (estrogen and especially progesterone) makes this situation only worse. Metabolic Syndrome: Data from a five-year National Health and Nutrition Examination study of adults with hypertension revealed what causes hypertension in women: imbalance in cholesterol levels, high blood sugar levels and excess abdominal fat. These are typically associated with “metabolic syndrome”, which often leads to heart disease and diabetes. Pain Medications DOUBLES The Problem A report from the Harvard School of Medicine revealed that women taking painkillers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) increased their risk for high blood pressure by almost 100% That’s DOUBLE the rate! And this is because of the fluid retention and decreased kidney function due to these drugs. So, only take these drugs occasionally, as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. By the way, aspirin does not cause hypertension, but it has its own set of negative side-effects. Synthetic Hormones Makes Thing Worse Synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT), such as medroxyprogesterone found in drugs like Progestin and Provera, can also intensify high blood pressure by causing blood vessels to constrict. Additionally, an increase in progesterone causes a decrease in estrogen, which is NOT what you want because estrogen tends help blood pressure in women. Ironically, higher estrogen levels in men increases blood pressure. 5 Best Way For Women To Protect Themselves From High Blood Pressure Manage your stress levels - sleep better, journal, relax and be more mindful of your feelings. “Don’t sweat the small stuff”. Lose unwanted fat. Eat better - more healthy fats, fish, fiber, vegetables, while decreasing carbs, sugars, alcohol and processed foods. Exercise regularly - walking and lifting weights are best, 3-4x weekly is plenty. Take natural herbs and vitamins that are clinically proven to help lower high blood pressure - such as Hawthorne Berry, Grape Seed, Celery Seed, Pomegranate and Lycopene extract… Along with Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3 and B6. Remember, women really need to be careful with their blood pressure, especially if you’re over the age of 40 and are pre-menopausal or have gone through menopause. ► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. 10 Signs And Symptoms Of Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

04:02
Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is defined as high pressure in the arteries, that are the vessels which carry blood from the heart to the body. It’s easy to tell whether an adult has high blood pressure because there’s a standard set of measurements: Normal blood pressure—systolic under 120 mmHg and diastolic under 80 mm Hg; Pre-hypertension—systolic 120-139 mmHg or diastolic 80-89 mmHg; Stage 1 hypertension—systolic 140-159 mmHg or diastolic 90-99 mmHg; Stage 2 hypertension—systolic ≥160 or diastolic ≥100 mmHg. Approximately 86 million adults (about 1 out of every 3) in the United States have hypertension. Many factors can affect blood pressure, including - smoking, leading a sedentary lifestyle, a diet with a high salt intake, being overweight or obese, long-term sleep deprivation, a diet focused on meat, dairy products, and eggs, high LDL cholesterol, alcohol abuse or chronic alcohol use, or a family history of high blood pressure. If high blood pressure remains untreated, it can cause kidney failure, heart disease, and increases the risk of stroke. High blood pressure commonly has no symptoms and is often labeled "the silent killer." However, a few people with high blood pressure may experience: #1 Vision problems - hypertension can damage the vessels supplying blood to your retina, causing retinopathy. This serious condition can lead to blurred vision, bleeding in the eye, and complete loss of vision. #2 Nausea - a sensation of unease and discomfort in the stomach with an urge to vomit. #3 Headaches - some individuals with hypertension may experience headaches, but they usually don't occur unless the pressure is notably raised. #4 Erectile Dysfunction - the inability to have and maintain an erection becomes increasingly common in men as they reach age 50. But high blood pressure damages the lining of blood vessels and causes atherosclerosis, limiting blood flow to the penis. #5 Kidney Damage - a high blood pressure can cause damage to the filters and blood vessels in the kidney, making removal of waste from the body difficult. #6 Fatigue - feeling tired all the time and experiencing difficulty with everyday activities, such as climbing stairs, shopping, walking, or carrying groceries. #7 Mental function can also change as a result of hypertension with many experiencing difficulties finding words, memory loss, and an inability to focus. #8 Heart palpitations - to "make up for" the loss in pumping capacity, the heart beats faster. #9 Chest pain which may radiate to the back, arms, neck or jaw. #10 Ringing in the ear - considering the immense amounts of blood flowing in and out of the head and this area, it is no surprise that hypertension can affect one’s hearing. Note - According to various studies, foods or beverages that may help reduce hypertension include - whole grains, legumes, flax seeds, beets, dark green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, potatoes, hibiscus tea, and foods high in potassium (such as pistachios, bananas, raisins, almonds, dates). ♥ Women, Menopause, High Blood Pressure & A Shorter Lifespan By 20 Years

My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/BloodPressureFormula ======================================= ♥ Women, Menopause, High Blood Pressure & A Shorter Lifespan By 20 Years ======================================= The Link Between Menopause & High Blood Pressure If you know me, then you’re familiar with the fact I believe so much of the way you look and feel is based on your genetics and hormones. This is probably why I’m an Endocrinology doctor - which is the “study of hormones”. As a woman’s natural estrogen levels and other female hormones decrease due to aging and menopause, her blood pressure starts to increase. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM because hypertension is linked to serious health issues such as: Heart disease Diabetes Kidney & renal failure … all of which can shorten a woman’s lifespan by 10 to 20 years or more! It Gets Worse… What’s even scarier is that high blood pressure levels often give you no visible symptoms. It’s a MYTH that people with high blood pressure will experience symptoms, like nervousness, sweating, headaches, nosebleeds or facial flushing. If you ignore your blood pressure because you think a certain symptom or sign will alert you to the problem, you are taking a dangerous chance with your life. This is a VERY important topic for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. What’s really scared me personally at an early age, is that my grandfather died immediately with his FIRST and ONLY stroke. My uncle was handicapped and paralyzed for the rest of his life, with his FIRST and ONLY stroke. Thus – NO warnings. NO second chances. NO opportunity to make changes or improvements. And this is why high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer”. Unfortunately, having “high blood pressure” has become a “silent” epidemic… and that’s why I’ve put together this information for you today. 5 Simple & Proven Ways To Avoid & Reduce Menopause-Induced High Blood Pressure Take Your Blood Pressure Regularly You need to take your blood pressure regularly. The goal is to have your reading 120/80 or lower. Better Diet, Include 5 Specific Foods Of course, diet makes hypertension better or worse. You want more healthy fats, fish, fiber, vegetables, lower carbs and limit processed foods. And I think everyone knows this. However, I do have a special bonus video below about 5 best foods for lowering your blood pressure, naturally. Two Best Exercises Exercise is great for better health, however the two best forms of exercise for improving your blood pressure is brisk walking and resistance with weights (dumbbells, machines, cables, etc.). You don’t need much, 30 min, 3-4x a week is great for improving your hormones and reducing your stress. Avoid Taking Daily Painkillers A report from the Harvard School of Medicine revealed that women taking painkillers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) increased their risk for high blood pressure by almost 100% So, take these drugs only as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. Aspirin does not cause hypertension, but it has its own set of negative side-effects. Take Natural Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals You don’t need to take harmful medications to have healthy blood pressure levels. Nature already has solutions that are proven to work and are safe. Herbs such as Hawthorne Berry, Grape Seed, Celery Seed, Pomegranate and Lycopene extract… Along with Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3, B6 and few others, will naturally lower your blood pressure and keep it in a healthy range. Below this video, there’s a link to a specific formula that my family and I use to lower our blood pressure and it’s something you can easily utilize for yourself. High and Low Blood Pressure Symptoms and Precautions in Hindi

14:19
Blood pressure (BP) is the pressure exerted by circulating blood upon the walls of blood vessels. When used without further specification, "blood pressure" usually refers to the arterial pressure in the systemic circulation. It is usually measured at a person's upper arm. Blood pressure is usually expressed in terms of the systolic (maximum) pressure over diastolic (minimum) pressure and is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It is one of the vital signs along with respiratory rate, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and body temperature. Normal resting blood pressure in an adult is approximately 120/80 mm Hg. Blood pressure varies depending on situation, activity, and disease states. It is regulated by the nervous and endocrine systems. Blood pressure that is low due to a disease state is called hypotension, and pressure that is consistently high is hypertension. Both have many causes which can range from mild to severe. Both may be of sudden onset or of long duration. Long term hypertension is a risk factor for many diseases, including kidney failure, heart disease, and stroke. Long term hypertension is more common than long term hypotension in Western countries. Long term hypertension often goes undetected because of infrequent monitoring and the absence of symptoms. Signs of High Blood Pressure During Pregnancy

01:47
What are the signs of high blood pressure during pregnancy? If you are afraid you have high blood pressure, you need to see a doctor. High blood pressure is dangerous. What could it cause? In the worst scenario, it could cause a stroke, heart attack or pre-eclampsia and premature delivery. What are the symptoms I need to be on the lookout for? You could see symptoms like visual disturbances. I feel that way when I've been throwing up so much I'm dizzy. You'd have blurred vision and sensitivity to light. You might also have headaches that won't stop and the sound of blood rushing in your ears. I suppose a grocery store blood pressure monitor would be more certain. If you think your blood pressure is going up, you need to get to a doctor. Pre-eclampsia can be life threatening. How can I prevent it? In theory, having a healthy cardiovascular system and limiting salt intake help. In reality, we don't have a good preventative measure. If only they could give me high blood pressure medicine to treat it. The only cure is delivering the baby, but that all too often leads to a stillbirth or preemie. I know that high blood pressure can ruin your kidneys, making pregnancy far worse than the regular literal bathroom runs the baby already causes. Prenatal diabetes raises the risk of high blood pressure, and pre-eclampsia has a strong correlation to it. Unlike the peeing in bleach test to determine a child's gender. If you felt light headed or had blurred vision after that, it is due to chlorine fumes, not high blood pressure. How often does pre-eclampsia occur? High blood pressure shows up in around one in fifteen pregnancies, and your odds go up with age, obesity and having multiples. The only thing worse than multiples is multiple preemies. That is guaranteed to give you high blood pressure if you didn't already have it.

♥ WARNING: Painkillers Cause High Blood Pressure, Especially In Women

03:47
My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourPressure ======================================= ♥ WARNING: Painkillers Cause High Blood Pressure, Especially In Women ======================================= Most of us, when something hurts, we simply pop a couple pain killers and don’t give it a second thought. A headache, joint pain, muscle pain from working out, menstrual pain and so forth. However, recent research has found a direct connection between high blood pressure levels and the use non-aspirin painkillers - such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin). Additionally, the report reveals a much higher risk for women, than men! A Harvard study involved 5,123 women age 34 to 77, all having healthy blood pressure levels to start. However, here’s what the study revealed: For women not taking painkillers, the risk of developing high blood pressure levels was only about 1-3 percent a year. Women taking 400 mg a day of over-the-counter painkillers (the equivalent of two ibuprofen) had a 60-78 percent increased risk of developing high blood pressure levels. Women taking an average daily dose of 500 mg of acetaminophen (one extra-strength tablet) had a 93-99 percent increased risk of developing high blood pressure levels within three years. That’s DOUBLE! The cause of this is because of the fluid retention and decreased kidney function due to these drugs. Why Is It Worse For Women? This is because women have smaller blood vessels in the heart, making them more vulnerable to high blood pressure and inflammation of the blood vessels. Now, aging causes higher blood pressure for BOTH men and women. However, as women get closer to menopause, there is a dramatic drop in estrogen, which causes a woman’s arteries to become less elastic and more constrictive, thus contributing to high blood pressure. Unfortunately, giving women synthetic hormones (estrogen and especially progesterone) makes this situation only worse. Options You should only take these drugs occasionally, as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. By the way, aspirin does not cause high blood pressure, but it has its own set of negative side-effects, such as stomach pain, ulcers, excessive bleeding, becoming acidic, etc. Most pain is related to inflammation. So drinking more water, taking higher dosages of Vitamin C, Magnesium and Curcummin will help. Lastly, make SURE you control your blood pressure using natural solutions, especially if you’re over the age of 40 - both men and women. It’s one of the primary causes of heart and brain aging. Causes of High Diastolic Blood Pressure - What Does High Diastolic Blood Pressure Really Mean?

03:13
Watch it !!! http://bit.ly/29kvGJS ★ A Breakthrough in diabetes has been achieved ► Read On To Find Out Exactly How You Can Change Your Life By Following A Simple Diet That Anyone Can Do... Causes of High Diastolic Blood Pressure Nearly 1 in 3 American adults has high blood pressure. Your heart has to work harder when blood pressure is high, and your risk for heart disease, stroke and other problems goes up. High blood pressure won't go away without treatment. That could include lifestyle changes and, if your doctor prescribes it, medicine. What Is Blood Pressure? Blood pressure is the force of blood flow inside your blood vessels. Your doctor records your blood pressure as two numbers, such as 120/80, which you may hear them say as "120 over 80." Both numbers are important. The first number is the pressure as your heart beats and pushes blood through the blood vessels. Health care providers call this the "systolic" pressure. The second number is the pressure when the vessels relax between heartbeats. It's called the "diastolic" pressure. Here's what the numbers mean: Healthy blood pressure: below 120/80 Early high blood pressure: between 120/80 and 140/90 High blood pressure: 140/90 or higher The lower your blood pressure, the better your chances of delaying or preventing a heart attack or a stroke. When your blood moves through your vessels with too much force, you have high blood pressure or hypertension. Your heart has to work harder when blood pressure is high, and your risk for heart disease and diabetes goes up. High blood pressure raises your risk for heart attack, stroke, eye problems and kidney disease. High blood pressure is a problem that won't go away without treatment and changes to your diet and lifestyle. You should always have an idea of what your blood pressure is, just as you know your height and weight. How will I know if I have high blood pressure? High blood pressure is a silent problem — you won't know you have it unless your health care provider checks your blood pressure. Have your blood pressure checked at each regular health care visit, or at least once every two years (people without diabetes or other risk factors for heart disease). What can I do about high blood pressure? Here are some easy tips to help reduce your blood pressure: Work with your health care provider to find a treatment plan that's right for you. Eat whole-grain breads and cereals. Try herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor foods. Check food labels and choose foods with less than 400 mg of sodium per serving. Lose weight or take steps to prevent weight gain. Limit alcohol consumption and consult your health care provider about whether it is safe to drink alcohol at all. If you smoke, get help to quit. Ask your health care provider about medications to help reduce high blood pressure. Samples of these types of medications include ACE inhibitors, ARBs, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and diuretics. source:http://www.diabetes.org Topic are cover: causes of high blood pressure high blood pressure causes cause of high blood pressure what cause high blood pressure causes for high blood pressure causes high blood pressure what causes high diastolic blood pressure high diastolic blood pressure causes causes of high diastolic blood pressure what are the causes of high blood pressure high diastolic pressure causes what are causes of high blood pressure what causes blood pressure to be high what can cause high blood pressure readings http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GA76U-q15HU

I am 25 weeks pregnant with high blood pressure. How can I lower it?

03:00
Preeclampsia is a condition of pregnancy caused by something that occurs during pregnancy that causes a woman's blood pressure to go up. For most people a normal blood pressure is about 120 over 80. If your blood pressure starts to slowly creep up and it's 140 over 90 or greater, then the doctor is probably going to start monitoring you. You can expect them to draw your blood and test your urine and watch your baby and also ask you a lot about certain symptoms you might be feeling like headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, and a sudden increase in swelling. If you're at home and ever have this persistent headache that you just can't kick it's always a good idea to go get your blood pressure checked. In your specific case you mentioned that your blood pressure was 144 over 72, the doctor tested your urine and it sounds like there's not any protein there. You want to know what you can do to lower your blood pressure. There really is nothing you can do to reverse the process once it's started but you can do something to try to slow it down. If the doctor has told you to be on bed rest or modified best rest then follow their advice because when we are at rest our blood pressure is lower. Your blood pressure at rest may slowly start to creep up because if your body is developing preeclampsia this will naturally happen. Because the cause is pregnancy the cure is delivery. It never starts to reverse itself until you've actually delivered the baby. This becomes very complicated if you're preterm. You did mention that you're 25 weeks and obviously we don't want to deliver you at this point unless it's necessary. You're the best incubator for your baby and there are no other incubators out there that are better. But sometimes if you develop preeclampsia then it becomes necessary to deliver the baby for their wellbeing and for yours. Ultimately complications of this can be as severe as a stroke and seizures for you. These things can also compromise the baby and there can be compromised blood flow to the baby because the high blood pressure also affects your blood's ability to flow through the placenta. They'll watch you very closely. They'll monitor your blood, your urine, your baby, combine all of these pieces of the puzzle together and it might come to the point where you have to deliver early for the wellbeing of you and your baby. Hopefully that's not the case. Hopefully you can carry your baby to full term. If you're developing it this early then I would keep in close contact with your doctor and make sure if you start to have suspicious symptoms that you get your blood pressure checked right away. Again, the only thing you can do is be at rest most of the time. Do this under the direction of your doctor and ask your doctor if they feel like it's necessary in your case. If you have any other questions for me feel free to ask them on our Facebook page and recommend us to your friends and family too.

Causes of High Blood Pressure in Pregnancy

03:23
Causes of high blood pressure in pregnancy This video is about high blood pressure that occurs during pregnancy. The medical expression for high blood pressure is hypertension. Hypertension in pregnancy Three types of high blood pressure can be developed in a pregnant woman: 1. The first type of high blood pressure is called chronic hypertension, and it may appear even before a woman has become pregnant, although she has not been aware of its existence. 2. Gestational hypertension is a type that appears at the end of pregnancy. Later, after giving birth to a baby, it is no longer present. 3. Pregnancy-induced hypertension is a type of high blood pressure that can cause serious problems for the mother and the baby. This type usually appears after the 20th week of pregnancy, and is also called toxemia and preeclampsia. Problems due to high blood pressure If a mother has chronic hypertension, the baby may grow more slowly than normal, and because of that, the baby may not develop as it is supposed to be. According to medicine, gestational hypertension can not cause serious problems for you and your baby, but you may be more predisposed to high blood pressure later in life. Over time, it is much more serious and has severe signs, such as headaches, blurred vision, abdominal pain and dizziness. It also affects the baby in a way that slows down its growth, causing a premature birth. The treatment of high blood pressure during pregnancy Pregnant women should be very careful during pregnancy and should not take any medication that is not safe for the baby. If you are not sure about the medication, consult your doctor. In a case of chronic hypertension, women can continue taking the medication beforehand, paying attention to whether it is safe for the baby. Doctors usually do more ultrasound in these cases, to make sure the baby progresses well. The gestational hypertension does not require any treatment, but only in case of development of induced gestational hypertension, the doctor will control more closely the state of the woman. The induced gestational hypertension can only be stopped after delivery, and the status of a woman and a baby decide on the treatment. In case of chronic hypertension, after a delivery, high blood pressure will remain high, unless it is treated. It is important that a woman treat him so that he does not have any problems later on. The gestational hypertension and the hypertension induced by pregnancy return to normal after delivery.
