Hi Guys, In today's video I not only want to give you guys my biggest secret to losing weight, but also be honest and vulnerable with you. This video is a critique to one of my older video's. It seriously concerns me that so many people are so focused on having this 'perfect' body. It takes up their mental space and ends up ruling their whole day. I was one of those people and honestly, I felt terrible. I was always picking at my body, pinching my fat. Until one day I was so fed up with all of it that I quite literally said 'FUCK THIS SHIT'. I am done putting my life on pause until I achieve this 'perfect' body. Life is out there happening, and I don't want to miss out. And so I did. And how ironic is life? I decided, it was time to share another updated what I eat in a day video with you guys. :) I hope this video inspired or at least gave you an idea of a vegan diet and how easy it is to actually create delicious and nutritious meals. Below you can find the Chia Pudding recipe. The Chili recipe will be up in my next Meal Prepping video. Enjoy!! Chia Pudding ♥ Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice) 1/4 cup Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 Tsp vanilla extract 1 Tbsp maple syrup 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs 1 Tbsp Goji Berries A few Banana slices Directions: 1. Mix the chia seeds with the Cocoa Powder, Maple Syrup, Vanilla. 3. Add milk to the mixture and mix with a spoon. 4. Place the mixture in a fridge overnight or at least for 1 hour at room temperature. 5. This is a worry, especially if you're trying to lose weight, because the amount of muscle you have in your body helps to determine your metabolic rate. Consequently, when muscle mass is reduced, your metabolic rate lowers with the result that you need fewer calories to maintain your existing weight -- and therefore fewer calories to lose weight. Without having any details about your percentage of body fat or lean tissue it's hard to make specific recommendations, but as a guideline, women should aim for 23 to 28 percent body fat. In the meantime, doing more exercise will help to increase the amount of muscle you have. For best results, do a combination of aerobic activities to burn fat and resistance training to build muscle. Having more muscle might mean you end up weighing slightly more, but it'll give your metabolism a boost so that you can eat slightly more in order to maintain your weight.
