what your poop can tell you about losing weight fast

03:38
http://www.jessicaprocini.com/ What your poop can tell you about losing weight fast... I have an important fecal matter to talk to you about There are a lot of different characteristics about your feces that can tell you about your diet. But for today, we're going to a deep dive into what the color of your poo is telling you about your diet. Poop can come in all different colors Let's start with good old brown. The usual poo brown is a byproduct of the bacteria in our colon digesting bile and red blood cells. Generally, a regular brown poop is a-ok. But we all know that not every day is a brown day. Most varieties in color are due to changing the foods and medications in your diet. Some of these changes are your body acclimating and should eventually revert back to classic brown. However, changes in poo color over long periods of time can be a sign of gastrointestinal disorder. For example, green poo could mean you've started incorporating more greens into your diet (which is awesome will defiantly help you lose weight). But a long-term dose of green monsters in your toilet bowl can be a sign of gastrointestinal infection. (dun, dun, dun) If your poo is yellow it means your body is not metabolizing fat. It could mean there's is a disease or malfunction in the 3 organs that help metabolize fat which are the pancreas, liver and gall bladder. Red stool is most worrisome as it indicates bleeding in the lower GI tract from conditions like hemorrhoids or diverticulosis, or more serious conditions like rectal cancer. But before you panic recall if you've been eating foods with red food coloring or red beets which lead to temporary red poops. If your poo is this color -- you need to pause this video (come back to it later and call your doctor) So that is a bit of crap about your poop. Next time, before you flush, give it a gander and check out it's color and anything other then brown means it's time for further investigation. If you enjoyed this video, like it and share it with your friends. 5 Colon Cancer Symptoms that are Easy to Overlook

06:39
5 Colon Cancer Symptoms that are Easy to Overlook Colon and rectal cancer, together known as colorectal cancers, are the third most common type of cancer in men and women, resulting in nearly 50,000 deaths per year. Colon cancer is more common than people might think, which can cause the warning signs to be overlooked. The signs and symptoms of colorectal cancer depend on the location of the cancer, how advanced it is and how it affects the organs and tissue. One sign or symptom alone may not be enough to determine the cause, but if several symptoms are present, a doctor can get a better idea of the potential cause. At times, symptoms of colorectal cancer may not show up until the cancer has advanced. Because symptoms can go unnoticed during the early stages of the disease, guidelines recommend colon cancer screenings begin at age 50. Statistics show that regular screenings could prevent over 60 percent of deaths from colon cancer. 1. Unexplained Weight Loss Sudden weight loss is often a symptom of several types of cancer, including colon cancer. Unintentional weight loss is the loss of 10 pounds or more in six months or less without knowing the reason. Colorectal cancer can lead to unexplained weight loss in a variety of ways. Cancer cells use up a lot of the body’s energy supply, and the immune system also uses energy as it works hard to fight the disease. Cancer cells can release substances into the body that change the way food is converted to energy, which can cause weight loss. Additionally, if a tumor in the colon gets large enough, it could block the colon. This blockage can affect a person’s bowel habits, which can then lead to unexplained weight loss. 2. Fatigue and Weakness It can be easy to confuse fatigue with simply being tired. Between work and personal obligations, everyone can feel run down at times. If the exhaustion does not go away with rest, it could be fatigue. In addition to colorectal cancer, fatigue and weakness could also be symptoms of diabetes, anemia and heart disease. Fatigue Causes Similar to unexplained weight loss, cancer cells can cause fatigue as they use up the body’s energy. Sometimes colon cancer can cause fatigue due to internal blood loss from the disease. In many cases, the symptoms of colon cancer are connected. Other colon cancer symptoms, such as unintentional weight loss and a change in bowel habits, can increase the feeling of weakness. Fatigue Symptoms Fatigue is typically a symptom of an underlying condition. Fatigue is a constant state of weakness and exhaustion with no apparent cause. If you feel what could be fatigue, it’s important to visit your doctor to determine the cause. 3. Abdominal Cramps Many people have abdominal pain at some point in their lives, and like many symptoms, it can seem minor. It is a common symptom of noncancerous conditions, such as hemorrhoids and irritable bowel syndrome. However, abdominal pain that began recently and is severe and long-lasting can be a sign of cancer. Colon cancer occurs in the large intestine, which can affect bowel habits. This change in bowel habits can lead to cramping, bloating and abdominal pain and could be an indicator of colon cancer. 4. Blood in Stool A warning sign for colon or rectal cancer is blood in the stool. Sometimes you may notice bright red spots, and other times it may not be visible to the naked eye. The severity of symptoms depends on the advancement and location of the disease. Stool could also appear very dark or black, signifying the presence of dried blood. If you see any sign of blood in your stool, you should consult your doctor. A fecal occult test can detect whether there is blood in the stool, and additional examinations can help your doctor determine the source of the blood and the proper course of treatment. Rectal bleeding Rectal bleeding usually comes from bleeding in the lower colon or rectum and is a common symptom of colorectal cancer. Bright red blood on the toilet paper after a bowel movement or red or pink water in the toilet bowl can be signs of rectal bleeding. People often attribute rectal bleeding to hemorrhoids, which can prevent an early cancer diagnosis. Anyone experiencing bleeding from the rectum should see a doctor immediately. If you are over 40, a physician will likely recommend tests such as a colonoscopy to rule out cancer. 5. Change in Bowel Habits A colon polyp, a small clump of cells on the lining of the colon, can develop into cancer over time. Once the polyp turns into cancer, the slow growth of the tumor often affects bowel habits, which can produce symptoms. If you’ve noticed your stool becoming thinner or a change in the frequency of bowel movements, it could be a sign of colorectal cancer. Symptoms of Colon Colorectal Cancer in Men & Women

01:27
Symptoms of Colon Colo-rectal Cancer in Men Women:Colon Cancer Symptoms Animation The standard wisdom about colon cancer is that most people don't experience any symptoms in the early stages of the disease. That's true, in part; it's best to take advantage of all the available methods of colon cancer testing, including having regular colonoscopies after age 50 (earlier if you have extra risk factors, such as a family history of the disease). But according to research -- and to those who've been diagnosed with colon cancer -- there are also some surprising early signs of colon cancer to be aware of. here are some common signs and symptoms of colon cancer. And … then there are the not-so obvious. Especially when you’re dealing with colon and rectal cancer in young adults. Here are the common signs and symptoms of CRC: NO SYMPTOM AT ALL Diarrhea (that will not stop) that lasts for more than a few days Constipation (you can’t “go” to save your life) that lasts for more than a few days Unintended or unexplained weight loss (or weight gain) Vomiting Narrow stools – poo looks pencil-thin Change in stools – poo just looks different, smells different Gas, bloating and cramps Weakness and fatigue – no energy at ALL Anemia Feeling like you need to go poo – and still feeling like you need to poo once you’ve gone Killer abdominal pain and discomfort Blood in stool (although not always visible.) Blood can be rectal bleeding, dark stools or blood on the stool, although the stool will look normal. Passing a large amount of blood Please note: This is NOT to be taken as medical advice. Most of these symptoms are NOT colorectal cancer and are caused by other conditions like IBD, hemorrhoids, infection, etc. But, know your body. If you’re seeing ANY of the following signs or symptoms, see a physician. And if you get the run-around where they say you’re too young for a colonoscopy … show them a Colondar and DEMAND to be seen. Although the symptoms of colon cancer can indicate other diseases, sometimes they’re pointing exactly to the cause –cancer. If you’ve been treated and symptoms still persist, make sure to keep looking for the culprit. Over the years, here are some of the assumed diagnoses our Colondar models received before doctors discovered their colorectal cancer. Hemorrhoids Stress Pregnancy pains IBS Parasite Colitis or Crohn’s Disease Depression and psychiatric help Appendicitis Spastic colon Spiritual problems Ulcer Gall bladder problems Hernia Low fiber or poor diet Working out too hard or too much “Female” problems Anal fissure “Just a tear” Food allergies Gas Lactose intolerance CRC in Young Adults Colon and rectal cancer CAN happen to you if you’re under 50 years old. We’ve got at least 10 years of proof. In fact, it can occur when you’re age 20. Or 32. Or 46. Or 13. Although around only 10% of colorectal cancers occur in those under 50, the “under 50” crowd is the fast-growing demographic for new colon and rectal cancer cases; especially rectal cases. Gut Stuff If you’ve been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s Disease or other “gut stuff,” you could be at an increased risk for colon or rectal cancer. FAP – Super Polyp Producers Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) is a genetic disorder that causes hundreds to thousands of polyps. The majority of those with FAP inherited the disorder from mom or dad. Lynch Syndrome (HNPCC) Patients with Lynch Syndrome carry a genetic mutation in the “spell check” genes that create a high risk for developing colorectal cancer (80%) within their lifetime, among other cancers. Know your Family History If you have a family history of colon or rectal cancer, you might be at an increased risk. Screening needs to begin five years earlier from the age of your family member’s diagnosis. Family history typically involves first-degree relatives like moms, dads, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. However, do not dismiss second-degree relatives’ history when examining cancer occurrence in your family. Colonoscopy & Colon Cleanse - Body Detox: Natural Bowel,Blood Cleansing,Kidney,Liver Detoxification

Whole Body Cleansing: http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/cleanstart-wild-berry-14-day/3993/?sponsor=3320529 (USA & Canada). http://www.vitaminsupplementshop.eu/nutritional_cleanse_programme.htm (UK & Europe). http://www.nsp.lv/publ/herbal_nutritional_supplements_shop_uk_and_eu/natural_body_detoxification_programme/49-1-0-147 (Russia & CIS). What is Detoxification (importance, benefits): Today, more than ever the body is bombarded with toxins from its environment. New preservatives, pesticides, food additives, pollution, and drugs cause damage to our bodies and can lead to toxic buildup. A toxic environment in the body can result in a lowered immune system and can provide an ideal habitat for bad bacteria, so many Health Experts recommend a full body cleanse at least twice a year: http://www.nsp.lv/index/detoxification_colon_liver_blood_cleansing_body_cleaning/0-43 Detoxification is the process of clearing toxins from the body, neutralizing or transforming them, and clearing excess mucus and congestion. Many of these toxins come from our diet and environmental exposure, both problems are acute and chronic. Poor digestion, colon sluggishness and dysfunction, reduced liver function, poor elimination through the kidneys, respiratory tract and skin, add to increased toxicity. Detoxification involves dietary and lifestyle changes which reduce intake of toxins and improve elimination. About Colon Cleansing (importance, benefits): Bowel movements are the basis of our health. If you don't have at least 1 bowel movement per day, you are already walking your way toward disease. Man's body has not changed very much in the past several thousand years, however man's diet has certainly changed a lot. Refined sugar, white flour, genetically modified foods, hormone-filled meats, - we are continuously violating our bodies by eating this terrible foods. Colon cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer deaths in the world. One of the most frequent and dangerous bowel problems that people experience today is constipation. Those having fewer bowel movements are harboring a potentially fertile breeding ground for serious diseases. The toxic waste for a long time "stored" in the bowel, which allows them to putrefy, ferment and be reabsorbed. Infrequent or poor quality bowel movements over an extended period of time may be very hazardous to your health. So, all congestion and toxins must be removed, and it must begin with cleansing of the bowel. A proper bowel cleansing program removes the mucoid plaque from the colon, regulates stool, reduces weight, improves your overall health, energy and mood. Regular colon cleansing is also promoted as the good prevention for cancer. Each person must perform deep body detoxification program at least 2 times a year. 5 UNUSUAL SIGNS OF COLON CANCER FOLKS ACCIDENTALLY IGNORE FOR YEARS

05:10
5 Unusual Signs of Colon Cancer Folks Accidentally Ignore For Years. The number of patients diagnosed with colon cancer keeps going up, and it is the third most prevalent cancer in the States. In 2016, about 140,000 people were diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer. The symptoms of the vicious disease are usually noticed when the disease is in its advanced stage. Top 5 overlooked symptoms of colon cancer. 1. Cramps. Abdominal cramps are sign of numerous ailments, but they are still one of the most commonly overlooked colorectal cancer symptoms. Do not worry if you are dealing with stomachache, but if your cramps last for too long, you may be having a serious disease like colorectal cancer. 2. Fatigue. Many people deal with fatigue, and it may be more common than insomnia. However, constant fatigue is something you should never ignore. If you eat healthy and sleep well, and you still deal with fatigue, you have a good reason to consult your doctor. Patients with colon cancer deal with fatigue because it either uses the body’s energy or causes loss of blood. 3. Sudden weight loss. Cancer in general causes sudden and unexplained weight loss. This applies to colon cancer, too. Unexplained weight loss is the loss of 5 percent of total body weight within half a year. So, if you weigh 150 pounds and you lose 7 and a half pounds within 6 months, your weight loss can be considered as sudden and unexplained. This happens because the cancer uses body’s energy, and the immune system has to works hard to prevent diseases. The patient loses weight because of the energy expenditure. In cases of colon cancer, the tumor may block the colon, which affects the bowel movement and causes unexplained weight loss. 4. Irregular bowel movement. Most people do not pay much attention to their bowel movement. What you do not know is that the timing, appearance, and consistency can tell pretty much about your health, including the development of colon cancer. Colon polyps are small cells which affect the intestines when cancerous. The large intestine is mostly affected, and the patient experiences changes in the stool. If the changes are not caused by other ailments, diarrhea, constipation, watery and loose stool may be a sign of colorectal cancer. 5. Bloody stool. This is a rather worrying symptom, but people do not really talk about their condition. If you notice blood in your stool or the water in the toilet is red, do the necessary tests immediately. Reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. You can introduce a few changes in your lifestyle to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. Here are a few of them: 1. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Eating healthy will help you reduce the risk of colon cancer. Avoid red and processed meats. 2. Exercise regularly. Regular workout also reduces the risk of colon cancer, so make sure you are physically active more often. 3. Quit smoking. Smoking causes several types of cancers, which includes colon cancer as well. 4. Limit your alcohol intake. Experts from the American Cancer Society say that excessive consumption of alcohol increases the risk of cancer. Limit your alcohol intake to two drinks a day. 5. Control your weight. Obese people have a poor immune system, and they are more prone to developing numerous diseases, including colon cancer. This also increases the number of death cases caused by cancer, because an overweight body cannot respond properly and fight back. Thank you for watching. Subscribe for more videos. 10 Warning Signs of Colon Cancer, No 6 is Shocking.

07:50
10 Warning Signs of Colon Cancer, No 6 is Shocking. Descriptions 10 warning signs of colon cancer: 1. Constipation Constipation is an important sign of cancer in the colon. A 2011 study published in the Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention highlights the link between constipation and colorectal cancer risk. An earlier 2004 study published in the European Journal of Cancer supported the hypothesis that constipation or laxative use increases the risk of colon cancer. 2. Diarrhea If you suffer from diarrhea for more than a couple of weeks, it may be an early symptom of colon cancer. When a tumor partially obstructs the bowel, it can cause alternating constipation and diarrhea due to leakage of liquid stool. You may also experience frequent gas, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Plus, a tumor may irritate or narrow the lining of the intestine. 3. Blood in Stools Most often, blood in the stool is due to piles (hemorrhoids), where the veins in the back passage become fragile and cause a little bleeding during a bowel movement. This type of bleeding is generally red. However, if you notice dark red or black blood in your stool, it can be a sign of cancer, such as bowel, rectal or colon cancer. It can also be due to a stomach ulcer. 4. Constant Feeling of a Bowel Movement If you have a constant feeling of urgently needing to have a bowel movement or to strain but no stool is passed, it is not a good sign. This feeling can occur even after having a bowel movement. Changes in your pattern of bowel movements can be a sign of colon cancer. It can occur when a tumor blocks the bowel and prevents you from completely emptying your bowels. 5. Narrow Stools Thin, narrow stools are also a warning of possible colon cancer. A tumor present in the left side of the colon obstructs the passageway and often leads to narrow stools. Do not delay discussing any change in your stools with your doctor. Diverticulitis and anal cancer can also cause narrowing of the stools. 6. Tender Abdomen or Abdominal Pain If your abdomen, especially the lower part, hurts or feels tender when touched, this can be an early indication of tumor growth in the digestive tract, colon or rectum. In fact, abdominal pain is common in people who are later diagnosed with colon cancer. A tumor can cause a block in the colon, restricting blood flow. This leads to abdominal pain that can be severe. This pain also can indicate that the cancer has begun to spread to other organs. 7. Unexplained Anemia Anemia refers to a low red blood cell count in the body. The hemoglobin in red blood cells carries oxygen throughout the body. Symptoms of anemia, such as pale skin, a fast or irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, and cold hands and feet, should not be taken lightly. Unexplained anemia may be due to colon cancer. Typically, cancer in the right-side of the colon causes iron-deficiency anemia. This happens when tumors start bleeding slowly into the digestive tract, causing blood loss over time. A 2008 study published in the British Journal of Cancer confirms a strong connection between anemia and cancer, with the risk rising as the hemoglobin level falls. This study also confirms iron deficiency as an independent predictor of cancer. 8. Unexplained Weight Loss If you are above the age of 50 and rapidly losing weight without any known reason, it is a cause for concern. Sudden, unexplained weight loss can indicate a serious health problem, including colon or rectal cancer. A 2006 study published in the Annals of the Royal College of Surgeons of England found that unexplained weight loss happens mostly during advanced stages of colorectal cancers. The growth of a tumor can lead to loss of appetite, as cancer can affect your metabolism, thus causing weight loss. 9. Weakness and Fatigue Another early symptom of colon cancer is fatigue, weakness and general malaise. Fatigue and tiredness after doing a laborious task is to be expected, but if you feel tired and weak most of the time, despite resting, do not take it lightly. Large polyps or tumors in the colon can lead to iron-deficiency anemia that causes lower oxygen levels in the blood. This contributes to fatigue 10. Gas and Bloating Most people suffer from gas and bloating occasionally, but if the problem occurs along with some of the other symptoms mentioned here, it may be an indication of a tumor growing in the colon. A tumor causes obstruction in the colon. Depending on the severity of the blockage, gas, solid and liquid may be prevented from passing out of the body. This in turn causes progressive bloating as well as gas. 6 Early Signs of Colorectal Cancer

06:14
6 Early Signs of Colorectal Cancer Colorectal cancer is one of the most dangerous forms of the deadly disease in the United States, it’s responsible for the second most cancer deaths. As with most forms of cancer, though, the key to surviving and beating colorectal cancer is to catch the disease early. That can be accomplished by being knowledgeable about the disease and having a solid understanding of its signs and symptoms. Although experiencing just one of the symptoms associated with colorectal cancer can be common, prolonged and/or intense activity associated with several of these symptoms can be a sign that you should see a doctor as soon as possible… 1. Blood in the Stool One of the most prominent signs of colorectal cancer is blood in the stool, according to the Cleveland Clinic. This occurs because, when tumors form, they often bleed as fecal matters passes through and out of the body. The amount of blood can be small or moderate, though bleeding can be heavier if the tumors have grown larger. Of course, blood in the stool should not immediately cause you to worry. Many other and less harmful conditions, such as hemorrhoids and constipation, can result in blood showing in the stool. Still, this one symptom alone is probably worth discussing with your physician. 2. Inconsistent Bowel Movements Some people are lucky enough to have regular bowel movements and little change in when they make trips to the bathroom. That’s why it may be worth noting if your regular schedule is suddenly disturbed by bowel problems, including constipation, diarrhea, or incontinence. Keep in mind that any of these symptoms can be normal and rather harmless so long as they last a short period. However, if you find yourself constantly struggling with any one of these issues or a combination of them and you had previously experience few issues with bowel movements it’s worth discussing the mater with your doctor. 3. Sudden Anemia Anemia is caused by a shortage of red blood cells, which are responsible for carrying oxygen, in the body. Many people who experience anemia feel tired a lot of the time, even after they’ve had a full night’s sleep and continue to maintain a healthy diet. It’s important to remember that anemia can be caused by many different issues for example, some people have anemia from birth, while people with Celiac disease tend to have a hard diet absorbing iron, making them anemic. But if anemia comes on suddenly and appears alongside some of the other symptoms of colorectal cancer discussed here, it’s worth having a conversation with your doctor. 4. Abdominal Pain There are many different things that can cause abdominal pain—from eating a fruit or vegetable that’s a little too ripe to starting a high-fiber diet. Abdominal pain can also rear its head if you eat something that you don’t typically eat. For example, if you’re a highly health-conscious person and indulge in something not so healthy, such as fried chicken or cookies. But consistent or sudden and unexplainable abdominal pain is cause for concern. In addition, if it appears alongside some of the other symptoms associated with colorectal cancer, such as blood in the stool or vomiting, it would be wise to speak with your physician. 5. Sudden Weight Loss If you’re exercising regularly and eating healthy food items like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains you should expect to lose weight and feel really good about weight loss. But if you suddenly begin to lose weight without making these highly visible lifestyle changes, then there may be something to worry about. Sudden weight loss or an unexplained loss of appetite can be symptoms of colorectal cancer and should be carefully discussed with your doctor. Of course, these symptoms are often associated with other, less serious problems, including stress, depression, and anxiety. 6. Vomiting Abdominal pain is one thing, but regular and involuntary vomiting should be immediate cause for concern. This can be a sign of many different health problems, including colorectal cancer. Regardless, vomiting on a regular basis is never healthy and should be immediately discussed with your doctor. This is one of the most prominent signals from the body that something is significantly wrong and must be addressed by medical professionals. Of course, the extent of the problem may be serious such as colorectal cancer or relatively short-lived and easy to address, such as a case of influenza.

It is provided with the understanding that the expert is not engaged in rendering any medical or professional services in the information provided below. The information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional services. 14 early warning signs that cancer is growing in your body Here are signs that are commonly ignored: 1. Wheezing or shallow breathing If you ask lung cancer patients what the first thing they noticed was, the majority would say it was their difficulty with breathing, or trouble catching their breath. 2. Chronic coughing or pain in the chest area Chest pain, incessant coughing, and even pain that reaches down the arms are symptoms of leukemia and lung tumors. 3. Frequently having fevers or infections White blood cells help our body to fight off infections and foreign invaders. Leukemia is a type of blood cell cancer that begins in bone marrow and causes the body to produce abnormal white blood cells, which reduces the effectiveness of its ability to fight infections. 4. Trouble with swallowing If you have difficulty swallowing, you may want to get checked for preliminary esophageal or throat cancer. It is also associated with lung cancer as well. 5. Lymph nodes that are swollen or lumps on the skin of your neck, underarm, or groin Any drastic changes in your lymphatic system should be carefully observed. These changes could be warning signs of lymphatic cancer. 6. Over-bruising and excessive bleeding When platelets and red blood cells act abnormally, there becomes excessive bruising and bleeding. This symptom can be a sign of leukemia. 7. Constant fatigue Feeling weakness in your body, and constant fatigue are symptoms of several different kinds of cancer. You’ll need to examine these symptoms in conjunction with other ones as well. As a general rule, if you ever feel exhasuted to where you can barely move without any physical reason, see your doctor. 8. Bloating in the abdomen or localized weight gain Women with ovarian cancer reported having “inexplicable abdominal bloating.” They said this bloating and weight gain happened suddenly, and appeared, disappeared, and reappeared for a long time. 9. Loss of appetite and feeling full This symptom is a warning sign for ovarian cancer as well. A vast majority of women said they “just couldn’t eat,” even if it had been a while since their last meal. 10. Pain the pelvis or abdominal area Leukemia and ovarian cancer can cause abdominal and pelvic pain. 11. Bleeding from the rectum or blood in stool This is a symptom commonly found in those diagnosed with colon cancer. If you ever notice blood in your stool, it is advisable to schedule a visit to your physician. 12. Rapid and unexplained weight loss Rapidly losing weight is a warning sign of digestive and colon cancers. It is also a sign that cancer has infected the liver. It you lose your appetite and stop producing a normal amount of waste, see your doctor.. 13. Digestive pain or stomachache having stomach cramps or frequent upset stomach pain may indicate colon or stomach cancer. 14. A red, sore, or swollen breast These are signs of breast cancer and should be examined by a physician. 15. Changes to the nipple If the nipple starts to look flattened, inverted, or turned sideways, see your doctor about possible breast cancer. Women diagnosed with breast cancer say the first thing they noticed was the changes to their nipples. 16. Abnormally heavy or painful periods/Bleeding in between cycles Several women say this is the number one symptom of endometrial or uterine cancer. Request a transvaginal ultrasound if your menstrual cycle has any significant changes. 17. Puffiness in the face Lung cancer patients report noticing “puffiness, swelling, or redness” in the face. This happens because lung tumors tend to block blood vessels, which stops oxygenated blood from flowing to your neck and face. 18. A sore that doesn’t heal Get to know the various kinds of skin cancer. Melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma are three common types. Check your skin for odd growths or spots. 19. Changes in fingernails Liver cancer, skin cancer, and lung cancer all show warning signs through the finger nails. Black spots, or lines, whitening and thickening around the edges, and “clubbing” are all signs you should pay attention to. 20. Pain localized in the lumbar spine or lower right side Several patients diagnose with liver and breast cancer cancer report this as one of their first signs. Regardless if you are a male or a female, it’s vital to pay attention to any abnormal changes in your body, as well as your energy levels. This will help to detect any signs of cancer while it’s still early. The faster you realize something isn’t quite right, the faster you can start to take the proper steps to heal your body.

It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about colon and uterine (women) polyps. They needs a blood supply (angiogenesis) to grow. Consume cruciferous vegetables to improve this. Polyps are stimulated by glucose (insulin) and estrogen. I am talking about unopposed estrogen; which is the introduction of estradiol without the other estrogens. Vitamins D is essential to support your immune sytem. Lowering insulin is also vital as well as adding cruciferous vegetables. The 5 Types Of Crohn’s Disease You Should Know

03:25
The 5 Types of Crohn’s Disease Along with ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease is part of a group of diseases known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). There are five different types of Crohn's disease, each with its own set of symptoms. Here is information about Crohn's disease and the five types that you can use to help you discuss symptoms and treatment options with your doctor. What is Crohn's disease? Crohn's disease is a chronic illness in which the intestine or bowel become inflamed and ulcerated, or marked with sores. Crohn's disease most commonly affects the lower part of the small intestine (ileum) and the colon. It can, however, occur in any part of the large intestine, small intestine, or stomach. It can affect people at any age but is most common in people who are between the ages of 15 and 30. Crohn's disease can disrupt the normal function of the bowel in a number of ways. The bowel tissue may: 1. Swell, thicken, or form scar tissue, leading to blockage of the passageway inside the bowel 2. Develop ulcers that can involve the deep layers of the bowel wall 3. Lose its ability to absorb nutrients from digested foods, a condition called malabsorption 4. Develop abnormal passageways known as fistulas from one part of the bowel to another part of the bowel, or from the bowel to nearby tissues such as the bladder or vagina What are the five types of Crohn's disease? The five types of Crohn's disease and their symptoms are: 1. Ileocolitis: Ileocolitis is the most common type of Crohn's disease. It affects the small intestine, known as the ileum, and the colon. People who have ileocolitis experience considerable weight loss, diarrhea, and cramping or pain in the middle or lower right part of the abdomen. 2. Ileitis: This type of Crohn's disease affects the ileum. Symptoms are the same as those for ileocolitis. In addition, fistulas, or inflammatory abscesses, may form in the lower right section of the abdomen. 3. Gastroduodenal Crohn's disease: This form of Crohn's disease involves the stomach and duodenum, which is the first part of the small intestine. People with this type of Crohn's disease suffer nausea, weight loss, and loss of appetite. In addition, if the narrow segments of bowel are obstructed, they experience vomiting. 4. Jejunoileitis: This form of the disease affects the jejunum, which is the upper half of the small intestine. It causes areas of inflammation. Symptoms include cramps after meals, the formation of fistulas, diarrhea, and abdominal pain that can become intense. 5. Crohn's (granulomatous) colitis: This form of Crohn's disease involves only the colon. Symptoms include skin lesions, joint pains, diarrhea, rectal bleeding, and the formation of ulcers, fistulas, and abscesses around the anus.

5 Colon Cancer Symptoms that are Easy to Overlook

06:43
5 Colon Cancer Symptoms that are Easy to Overlook Colon and rectall cancer, together known as colorectall cancers, are the third most common type of cancer in men and women, resulting in nearly 50,000 deaths per year. Colon cancer is more common than people might think, which can cause the warning signs to be overlooked. The signs and symptoms of colorectall cancer depend on the location of the cancer, how advanced it is and how it affects the organs and tissue. One sign or symptom alone may not be enough to determine the cause, but if several symptoms are present, a doctor can get a better idea of the potential cause. At times, symptoms of colorectall cancer may not show up until the cancer has advanced. Colorectall cancer can lead to unexplained weight loss in a variety of ways. This blockage can affect a person’s bowell habits, which can then lead to unexplained weight loss. 2. Fatigue and Weakness It can be easy to confuse fatigue with simply being tired. Between work and personal obligations, everyone can feel run down at times. If the exhaustion does not go away with rest, it could be fatigue. In addition to colorectall cancer, fatigue and weakness could also be symptoms of diabetes, anemia and heart disease. Fatigue Causes Similar to unexplained weight loss, cancer cells can cause fatigue as they use up the body’s energy. Sometimes colon cancer can cause fatigue due to internal blood loss from the disease. In many cases, the symptoms of colon cancer are connected. Other colon cancer symptoms, such as unintentional weight loss and a change in bowell habits, can increase the feeling of weakness. It is a common symptom of noncancerous conditions, such as hemorrhoids and irritable bowell syndrome. However, abdominal pain that began recently and is severe and long-lasting can be a sign of cancer. Colon cancer occurs in the large intestine, which can affect bowell habits. This change in bowell habits can lead to cramping, bloating and abdominal pain and could be an indicator of colon cancer. 4. Blood in Stool A warning sign for colon or rectall cancer is blood in the stool. Sometimes you may notice bright red spots, and other times it may not be visible to the nakedd eye. The severity of symptoms depends on the advancement and location of the disease. Stool could also appear very dark or black, signifying the presence of dried blood. If you see any sign of blood in your stool, you should consult your doctor. A fecall occult test can detect whether there is blood in the stool, and additional examinations can help your doctor determine the source of the blood and the proper course of treatment. 5. Change in Bowell Habits A colon polyp, a small clump of cells on the lining of the colon, can develop into cancer over time. Once the polyp turns into cancer, the slow growth of the tumor often affects bowell habits, which can produce symptoms. If you’ve noticed your stool becoming thinner or a change in the frequency of bowell movements, it could be a sign of colorectall cancer. 10 Warning Signs of Colon Cancer You Shouldn’t Ignore

08:54
10 Warning Signs of Colon Cancer You Shouldn’t Ignore Medical professionals often refer to colorectall cancer, which includes colon cancer that affects the large intestine and rectall cancer that affects the lower most part of the large intestine. According to the American Cancer Society, 1 in 20 people are at a risk of developing colorectall cancer during their lifetime. The exact cause of colorectall or bowell cancer is not known. However, it is believed to develop when healthy cells become abnormal and start growing in number and accumulate in the lining of the colon, forming polyps. Left untreated, polyps may become cancerous. Several factors increase your risk of developing colon and rectall cancer, including aging (above 50 years), some types of bowell diseases, family history, obesity, smoking, excessive alcohol intake, a sedentary lifestyle, Type 2 diabetes and regular intake of processed foods or red meats. African-Americans are at a greater risk of colon cancer than people of other races. As it can be difficult to treat colon cancer after it spreads to nearby areas, it is important to know what the early symptoms are. This can help you seek early treatment and give you a better chance in recovery. Here are the top 10 warning signs of colon cancer you shouldn’t ignore. 1. Constipation Constipation is an important sign of cancer in the colon. A 2011 study published in the Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention highlights the link between constipation and colorectall cancer risk. An earlier 2004 study published in the European Journal of Cancer supported the hypothesis that constipation or laxative use increases the risk of colon cancer. A tumor present at the far end of the colon can make it very difficult to eliminate waste products, thereby causing constipation. If you persistently have fewer bowell movements per week, without any prior problem of constipation, consult your doctor to find out the exact cause. 2. Diarrhea If you suffer from diarrhea for more than a couple of weeks, it may be an early symptom of colon cancer. When a tumor partially obstructs the bowelll, it can cause alternating constipation and diarrhea due to leakage of liquid stool. You may also experience frequent gas, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Plus, a tumor may irritate or narrow the lining of the intestine. It is important to consult your doctor when you have diarrhea that lasts more than a few days, as it can lead to dehydration, drain your body of nutrients and signal other serious problems, such as cancer. 3. Blood in Stools Most often, blood in the stool is due to piles (hemorrhoids), where the veins in the back passage become fragile and cause a little bleeding during a bowell movement. This type of bleeding is generally red. However, if you notice dark red or black blood in your stool, it can be a sign of cancer, such as bowelll, rectall or colon cancer. It can also be due to a stomach ulcer. Whether bleeding is due to piles, a stomach ulcer or cancer, it’s important to get it checked by a doctor. Proper diagnosis is essential for appropriate treatment. 4. Constant Feeling of a bowelll Movement If you have a constant feeling of urgently needing to have a bowelll movement or to strain but no stool is passed, it is not a good sign. This feeling can occur even after having a bowelll movement. Changes in your pattern of bowelll movements can be a sign of colon cancer. It can occur when a tumor blocks the bowelll and prevents you from completely emptying your bowells. If you persistently have the sensation of incomplete evacuation after a bowelll movement, discuss the problem with your doctor. 5. Narrow Stools Thin, narrow stools are also a warning of possible colon cancer. A tumor present in the left side of the colon obstructs the passageway and often leads to narrow stools. Do not delay discussing any change in your stools with your doctor. Diverticulitis and anall cancer can also cause narrowing of the stools. 6. Tender Abdomen or Abdominal Pain 7. Unexplained Anemia 8. Unexplained Weight Loss 9. Weakness and Fatigue 10. 10 Warning Signs of Bowel (Colorectal) Cancer You Shouldn’t Ignore | HomeRemedies10

04:13
10 Warning Signs of Bowel (Colorectal) Cancer You Shouldn’t Ignore Signs and Symptoms of Bowel Cancer Some of the symptoms mentioned below have been commonly experienced by many people (such as constipation or diarrhea), but they become worrying when they are persistent or accompanied by more specific signs or bowel cancer such as bloody stools or rectal bleeding. 1. Blood in Stools If you find blood on, or mixed in with your stools, then this could be sign that you have bowel cancer. The blood may be dark, or bright red, and mixed with mucus. Once you see your doctor, they will send off a stool sample for a laboratory analysis called a fecal occult blood test. 2. Changes in Stools If you notice that your stools are very dark in color, or even maroon, and sticky, then this could be caused by bleeding due to bowel cancer. You may experience normal bowel movements in between these stools. You may also notice your stools becoming very narrow or ribbon-like, and the stool may only be as wide in diameter as a pen. 3. Rectal Bleeding According to an article published in the July 2009 issue of “BMC Medicine: “Bleeding from the rectum occurs in more than half of people with colon cancer.” The blood is usually bright red and it may be found in the toilet bowl water or on the toilet paper. The blood may come after a painful bowel movement. 4. Trouble Passing Stool Changes in passing of stools is a symptom of bowel cancer. You may experience a feeling of not completely passing a stool or you may feel the urgent need to have a bowel movement, and then you realize that there is no stool to be passed. 5. Anemia The blood that is lost from bowel cancer can cause anemia, which is a shortage of red blood cells in the blood. The symptoms of anemia are feeling tired a lot of the time, weak, and short of breath. Your skin may also look pale. Anemia can be detected by MCHC blood test that checks for the concentration of hemoglobin in your blood cells. 6. Abdominal Pain A certain amount of abdominal discomfort is normal experience at times. However, if you suffer from gas, cramping and bloating a lot of the time, then you could be more likely to develop bowel cancer. It is best to see your doctor about your concerns. 7. Weight Loss Bowel cancer can result in weight loss even if you are eating normally. Alternatively, you may experience complete loss of appetite. According to the July 2009, “BMC Medicine” article, more than a third of people with bowel cancer experience unexplained weight loss. 8. Constipation Constipation that persists more than a few days also may occur in association with colon cancer. Chronic or ongoing constipation may even increase your risk of developing colon cancer. 9. Diarrhea Persistent diarrhea is a symptom of bowel cancer. According to the “BMC Medicine” article, more than 1 in 5 people with colon cancer will experience diarrhea. 10. Nausea and Vomiting If you are experiencing persistent nausea and vomiting for no apparent reason, then this may be a symptom of colon cancer. It is possible to experience these with or without other abdominal symptoms. MCT Oil: What Happens Inside Your Body When You Consume MCT’s

Get My Discounted MCT Oil Here: https://www.perfectketo.com/thomas/c8 Please Subscribe for 3-4x Videos Per Week + Live Broadcasts! http://ThomasDeLauer.com MCT Oil: What Happens Inside Your Body When You Consume MCT’s What are MCT’s Long Chain Fatty acids (LCTs) ranging from 12 to 18 carbons long are the predominant form of fat in the American diet - MCTs, however, are composed of only 6 to 10 carbon links Triglycerides are named after their chemical structure, more specifically the length of their fatty acid chains - all triglycerides are made up of a glycerol molecule and 3 fatty acids Because of their shorter chain length, MCTs have a number of unique properties which give them advantages over the more common LCTs MCTs provide about 10% fewer calories than LCTs – 8.3 calories per gram for MCTs versus 9 calories per gram for LCTs Reduced chain length also means that MCTs are more rapidly absorbed by the body and more quickly metabolized and as fuel The result of this accelerated metabolic conversion is that instead of being stored as fat, the calories contained in MCTs are very efficiently converted into fuel for immediate use by organs and muscles MCTs cross the double mitochondrial membrane quickly and do not require the presence of carnitine, unlike LCTs The result is an excess of acetyl-coA, which then follows various metabolic pathways, both in the mitochondria (Krebs Cycle) and in the cytosol, resulting in the production of ketones These are the main medium-chain fatty acids: C6: Caproic acid or hexanoic acid. C8: Caprylic acid or octanoic acid. C10: Capric acid or decanoic acid. C12: Lauric acid or dodecanoic acid Benefits Digestion and Energy MCTs are easily digested and do not require the production and utilization of bile Results in the production of excess acetyl-coA which breaks down into ketones - rapid formation of ketone bodies gives immediate energy to the brain and body MCTs act similar to carbs in that they provide an immediate energy source - however, MCTs don’t raise blood sugar or increase insulin levels as carbs do Weight Loss Compared to other types of oils and fats, MCTs seem to have positive effects on fat burning and weight reduction as it helps increase satiety and even raise the metabolic rate at which the body functions MCTs suppress fat deposition through enhanced thermogenesis and fat oxidation, helping the body produce ketones Antibacterial MCTs are powerful, natural antibiotics that help balance bacteria in the gut MCT’s are known to kill: Streptococcus (which causes strep throat, pneumonia and sinus infections), straphylococcus (which causes food poisoning and urinary tract infections), neisseria (which causes meningitis, gonorrhea and pelvic inflammatory diseases) References 1) NutritonReview.org. This may sound like a joke, but you can actually learn a lot about your health from your daily doo. In this video, I’ll give you the full scoop… on what is and isn’t a good poop. Has your doctor ever asked you about your poop? Did your parents tell you what to look for? Didn't think so. But Mama Natural is going there. Hippocrates says that all disease begins in the gut. SO we wanna be sure that what’s coming out of the gut looks good. There are three main things to look for 1 Frequency 2 Form 3 Color I’ll cover them all here. 1. Frequency It's best to have at least one complete bowel movement a day. You should feel like your bowels have emptied rather than just partially eliminated. Some people go 2-3 times a day. This can be because of faster metabolisms, more robust good bacteria, or the quantity of food they eat. If you are eliminating more than 3 times a day, you are entering into the world of diarrhea which I will address next. Some people will say if you go every couple of days it's fine, but I disagree. This one of our body's greatest ways to eliminate toxins, acids and other stuff, so it's best to do daily. 2. Form This is important, and it isn't talked about often. We want to be sure our poops are well formed. This ensures we've digested and assimilated the nutrients from our food, and are eliminating acids and toxins properly. Watch the video for a handy reference called the Bristol chart. Type 1: Separate hard lumps, like little balls (hard to pass) Type 2: Sausage-shaped, but lumpy Type 3: Like a sausage but with cracks on its surface Type 4: Like a sausage or snake, smooth and soft Type 5: Soft blobs with clear cut edges (passed easily) Type 6: Fluffy pieces with ragged edges, a mushy stool Type 7: Watery, no solid pieces. Entirely liquid Can you guess where you want to be on the chart? If you said #4, you’re right! See the full text on my blog: http://www.mamanatural.com/great-poop-looks-like/ So what's next?
