My mom can't eat anything with food coloring, anything with fructose (fruits, foods with high fructose corn syrup or corn syrup), non lactose free milk because it somehow converts to fructose, ripe bananas, eggplant, zucchini, and she used to love peanut butter but now that makes her feel sick. I asked her if there's anything she can still eat that she really likes and she said basically only chocolate.
I'm surprised there was no one here who just ate chocolate (dark chocolate is actually good for you btw). My mom does eat other things, but she basically can't eat half the foods out there. Most of the foods she can't eat are because of fructose, and there are so many things out there that apparently contain fructose, or so she found out.
