“Hemp” is a plant and plants have many benefits and uses. Marijuana isn’t “bad” for you and IT also have many benefits. The “negatives” is that it does slow people down. And if you smoke it, it’s not good for your lungs.

Sir I've taken fenugreek and tribulus for 4 months. Do i need to stop taking these things for a while as roiders use steroid?

When you take ONLY “testosterone boosters” such as fenugreek and/or Tribulus, your body will initially increase testosterone, but then things get worse. Your body will increase SHBG, which LOWERS free testosterone. Then there’s also an increase in estrogens and DHT, which will ALSO LOWER testosterone back down. So yes, you’ll need to cycle it and take many months off at a time. That’s why I created Alphaviril – because it’s the ONLY clinically researched solution that ALSO addresses these negative changes. I've been seeing more and more people (both men and women) posting videos on YouTube about 'no-fap' or sustaining from masturbation and bragging about all the positive benefits - more energy, higher testosterone (for men), feeling stronger, better mental clarity, etc. I hear these peoples first-hand accounts, but was wondering what the science says about it. Does it really increase testosterone? Does it really provide better mental clarity and focus? Does it really give more energy?

Hmm… where should I start. Listen, if you’re “addicted” to porn or masturbating, then yeah – you need to pull back and chill out on it a bit. You’re not getting anything done in life and you’re wasting too much time on it. However, masturbation is good for the body and hormones. Now, you don’t have to do it every day – but it (meaning having an orgasm) has many benefits by improving your hormones. If you’re not going to masturbate for how many weeks or months, then you better NOT also have sex either – if not having an orgasm is so beneficial. And if that’s the case, do you really want to go through life not having orgasms? It’s a great part of life. Again, just don’t get crazy and obsessive about it. But if you want to give it a try and see how you feel, go ahead. It’s not going to hurt you.
