Weird question here. I take a few medications such as Adderall, Zoloft, Lisinopril, Latuda and Klonopin and I mention this because I know meds can mess with the prostate and I was also on TRT for about a year but anyway now I barely ejaculate anything and it doesn't feel that good anymore plus its way more watery. Yes, i said 2 days because that's when i notice i wasn't in any pain, secondly, i notice i didn't have to push hard to get the urine out it wasn't until the second day that i remembered that i did something different ( that's why you should write it down because you could forget! like i did ) that i never did before i took 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, i looked up what could shrink the prostate hydrangea and nettles and flax seed meal( if the flaxseed is not crushed into a meal or powder, it will not work, so it has to be a meal ) and i do that in the morning, around noon or a little later and 3 or 4 hours before bed, I got my hydrangea and nettle from the "health food store" and pumpkin from the supermarket

I would suggest that a ketogenic diet or high fat, low carb diet would work better than eating whole grains. Along with occasional water fasts. Water fasts help cleanse our bodies of unhealthy cells and damaged proteins (this is called autophagy) and while our healthy cells go into a protective mode when fasting, unhealthy and cancerous cells need fuel constantly in order to survive. Most cancer cells thrive on glucose and protein, on a well formulated ketogenic diet our bodies utilize ketones as fuel and many cancer cells can't utilize ketones.

Pickle juice, no wheat , no dairy, no ICE Cream, no red meat, no processed foods or night shade veg. Just eat tubers "potatoes" green spinach, bok choy leafy greens, fish and dried stone fruits-- Pickle juice every day and baking soda and water every other.

The doctor said that i have stabilised. i had the enlarged prostate for 8 months. as long as you eat lots of fruits, vegatables, and use ginger, tumeric, water melon, celery, beets, cucumber, kale spinach, tuna, mackeral, you should be great. Leave out dairy of all types, sodas, coffee, coke, alcohol, sugar, and salt. If you take my advice, your sex life will be great

i also use half of a lemon in luke warm water, first thing in the morning, and wait half an hour, before eating breakfast. this makes the body more alkaline. i then eat some fruit, tuna and whole wheat bread, with some ginger and lemon herbal tea, or moringa tea, or soursop tea. at lunch i eat cooked sweet potatoes, with mackeral, or tuna, in oil, wiyhout adding any salt. i don't use sugar period. my salt comes from foods, and my sugar from fruits. i go sleep hard and get up hard
maurice gaskin Im sorry to burst your bubble but drinking lemon in luke warm water doesnt make your body more alkaline. It does alkalise the stomack and hence your urine but it is a completely different matter to alkalise your blood, this only comes over time with eating energy green foods
this is excellent info. i had an enlarged prostate for 8 months, using a catheter, couldn;t urinate on my own for that time. a friend suggest that i do the same things mentioned in this video, and i have been great now for 2 and a half years. my problem was using too much dairy, sodas, sugar, salt, cakes, and fried foods. my diet is now fruits, vegetables, tuna, mackeral, ginger, moringa, tumeric, sardines, watermelon, kale, spinach, and i am having better sex.
its funny how you mention food like flaxseed which is very high in estrogen to keep prostate healthy. but other "drs" on here say estrogen in a man is what causes enlarged prostate!!? I wonder what one is telling us the truth???
