1. after I make the recipes I put on refregant and result overnight is like jelly, can I still eat it?
2.after I made overnight I just put at room temperature and the result is still like or look like watery doesn't look like jelly, is it right?

Hello my friend, thank you for this vid.......I have very bad knees and have been taking the gelatin for 3 weeks now....i do believe it is helping, i also have been doing apple cider vinegar and drinking tumeric tea. I have been on the whole 30 diet for a long time now and lost quite a bit of weight but since i have been drinking the gelatin 7 grams in the morning and 7 grams at night I have been gaining weight....what do you make of that....please help.....can gelatin make you gain weight.....I eat very healthy, no grains, no sugar, no dairy, no beans.....i'm not really too much overweight but want to keep my weight down....thank you!!!!

joe bruhin it works for me , and based on facts , it has to work for others too. But to keep the colagen level to an optimal level you should repeat the cure in 6 months. It shouldn't make you gain weight , though. Try to keep it at 5 grams a day taken every morning on an empty stomach. Also add some lemon ( 2-3 drops)
