Experiments1 have shown that vitamin D can slow the growth of cancer cells, stimulate cell death, reduce blood vessel growth to tumors, decrease inflammation, and stimulate the body’s immune system. And if you already have cancer, taking vitamin D along with Chemotherapy, will allow you to live 50% longer.2 Vitamin D helps all sorts of cancers and tumors growth… However, more specifically it seems to work best on colon, prostate and breast cancer.4 So well that at optimal Vit. In a blood test, most labs have a range of 30-100 ng/mL as optimal, while being less than 25 is being “deficient”. The “cancer prevention/reduction” optimal levels are over 50 ng/mL and I actually prefer people to be over 70 ng/mL Best Way To Get Your Vitamin D - The SUN The best way to get your vitamin D is through the sun. I don’t care what anyone says, the sun is amazingly powerful and healing. EVERY organism and animal requires what the sun has to offer. Sadly, even people who are living in sunny climates, for example California or Nevada, are still very deficient in Vit. D. Remember, even if the sun is out, most of us are NOT outside to get enough sun exposure. Pus, lmost people are deathly afraid of the sun, thinking they’ll get skin cancer -- which is a big LIE. It’s true, that the sun will accelerate wrinkles. So, what I suggest is to cover your face, neck and upper chest, by wearing a big hat to prevent the sun from hitting those areas where we don’t want any wrinkles. And maybe cover your hands, especially for women… since they can also wrinkle and show signs of aging. I would rather you do NOT wear sunblock, since they’re filled with bad chemicals. Instead, go get some sun on the rest of your body parts -- arms, shoulders, legs, back and so forth. Do it for 15-30 minutes daily. Do NOT burn. Start low and build up. Second Best Way To Get Your Vitamin D - Supplements With all of that said, the next best way and the one which will be most convenient for us is through supplements. Even though, the sun will accelerate the absorption of the supplement as well… so still try to get some sunlight. You want to purchase Vitamin D3, not D2 or any other forms. Take about 5000 units daily. I take 10,000 units daily. But I also take 1 or 2 days OFF every week. Of course, the best way to know how much you need, is with a blood test. Try to get your levels over 50 ng/mL and preferably between 70-100 ng/mL Take it in the morning, with food. What About Food Sources? Lastly, you may be thinking, “can I get it from foods” and yes, you can. But, you’re just not going to get enough and it’s not consistent. He says chemo therapy with vitamin D helps you live 50 percent longer. Please people stay away from chemo. Chemo kills you quicker. Instead try the Hoxy Clinic or go to a nutritionist and let the nutritionist slowly build up the doses of Vitamin C up to around 100 thousand mg. per session. In addition, take 5 tablespoons a day of something called Gary's Green Stuff. Also, eat a lot of watermelon including the green part of it and eat 3 apples a day including the skin. Stay away from all smoking, alcohol, sugar, meat, and stress. Chemo will only destroy your immune system while doctors make a ton of money off your problems.

Last I checked the studies weren’t conclusive but vitamin d is thought to have some testosterone promoting results as well.

Daniel Arnold Start slow, a few minutes, maybe just a couple, and then build up... eventually you will improve in your tolerance as your skin turns darker..

I live in Arizona and it gets so hot in the summer, I mainly stay inside. So, I take Vitamin D3 along with K2 because they say the K2 helps the Vitamin D3 absorb better.

That’s fine, but it all depends on the dosage. If it contains a good amount, then great. If not, you will need to add in extra.

Sometimes I take more. You need to rest … for your nervous system, if nothing else. Also joints and ligaments. Muscles recover quickly, but your nervous system takes a long time and you must rest. It also helps replenish your glycogen stores better.
