Brian Eslick from How to Automotive http://www.howtoautomotive.com/ reviews RedBack work boots. These are the best work boots for an automotive technician. Do they work in cold environments? I’ve heard they don’t have much insulation....pls advise

Geronimo Featherhawk I would say the boots are definitely not made for cold weather. They may have other models that are more suitable though. I would check out their website.

How's that impact wrench doing in the background? Dangling from the line and dropped on the ground

Dave DiPetrillo that's my 20 year old Impact that I retired and replaced it with electric Impact tools.

I've worked at a wood treatment plant with chemicals for the last 12 years. Now on pair number 2 of Redbacks! I hunt and play in them as well. I handed first pair down to my youngest son- who is now doing his best to wear them out on our farm. Just ordered Redback number 3! These are awesome, durable, easy in & out of boots. I can highly recommend them to anyone who works hard and plays harder! Great review!

Geronimo, only a thick pair of wool socks will insulate these kinds of warm weather boots. They are not designed for winter wear but we have a very mild climate here in North Carolina. They are perfect for nearly all the other months of the year- not so much in the colder months. A high percentage of time indoors on concrete will allow these boots to prove themselves. They are very comfortable and give ample support to me- and I'm 6' 220lbs. Happy boot shopping!

Gregory Williams you said your son wears them around barn ..I take it’s cold out there .reason why I ask is because I work in a dairy industry here in California..not a farm but it’s about 35 degrees inside sometimes I wrk over 12 hours and need the extra cushion and comfort ...but do they have some type of insulation?i was told by a ebay seller they don’t have much besides the leather ...so wearing them in your farm so they work in cold weather? Or environment?

How to Automotive great to know thanks, was worried I wasted money as if never heard of these, but you and others have convinced me otherwise. Great vid
How to Automotive (1 год назад)
0xXAllForNothingXx0they last forever after about six or seven months you you may need to replace the insoles they get a little compact and not as comfortable. But the rest of the boots hold up beautifully. Thank you for watching and Sharing👍🏻
