I am not vegetarian, but I find I can only eat so much meat, its good for me, but my stomach , liver and the rectum, sorry for the gory detail, but I am hoping I can get some of these things also through fruits and vegatbles
there is no collagen in fruits and vegetables my european friend ;) And you don't have to eat meat for collagen, just use gelatin in recipes or drink/eat chicken bone soup before meals. Or buy the powder and put it into your coffee. Collagen decreases your bodies need for meat

Try collagen and liver sourced from pastured animals. Or wild caught pork. Its more expensive but since they don't have the artifical estrogen hormones that factory farmed animals have you are likely to lose weight, and need to eat less. Thats what happened to me, anyway.
There is something i dont understand, why is me and my brother are intolerent to Ashwagandha?
