Those dowels look pretty cool, I built ours with a pocket hole jig and screws but it requires a lot of hole filling. Now I ‘m searching for ideas to add some decorative trim.

Woodworking 101 never glue end grain to face grain!
Simon WoodburyForget (11 дней назад)
David Gouin the joints aren't holding the box, they're just clamps. The dowels are holding the box.

Why are the side pieces only 11.5 high? Shouldn't they be 14 like the front and back pieces?
Lacey Berry (2 года назад)
+Lacey Berry lol Nevermind.... husband said he got all 11 inch high peices. Sorry
Lacey Berry (2 года назад)
+grady dorman (2) 30inchL x 11.5 in tall (front and back panels) (1) 30 in L x 14 in tall (bottom) (2) 13 in L x 11 in tall (side panels) Front and back panels are 11.5 inches The side panels are 11 inches but they will be sitting on the 1/2 inch thick bottom piece. I thought the same thing until I built it.... But it all seems to work out.

Shouldn't the height for the sides be the same as the front and back 11.5?

Has anyone found out the measurements for this?
Ariel Taylor (5 лет назад)
Can you make a lid with it?  How would you do that?
Kiersten Hathcock (4 года назад)
You could make this with a simple lift off lid.  Or a lid that opens using slow closing hinges.  Check out Rockler.com for great toy box hinges.
LilGirlWithABigdream (5 лет назад)
What are the measurements
Ananda Escudero Gomes (5 лет назад)

Hi guys! Kiersten here. So sorry there's no cut list! I didn't know this aired already. I'll provide the cut list in the comments and will also put them on my blog momentarily. And about "littler," that made me laugh! I shot 7 videos in one day so I think by the time we go to this particular project, I was spent. Frankly, I'm suprised I made ANY sense! :)
lisa m perkins (6 лет назад)
where's the cut list?
oneworld24 (6 лет назад)
where are the measurements?

Half of these videos I would probably never do, but I adore watching them anyways.

How much did this project cost?...an estimate would be fine...oh and great video...
(6 лет назад)
You do these videos so well! I'm constantly like "Wow, I've got to do this sometime" for every project. But especially this toy bin, since I grew up without much of a place to put stuff. And it's versatile enough to be good for anything.
DefinitelySad ً (6 лет назад)

"littler"? Really?
Kathryn Patterson (6 лет назад)
I can't find the cut list or the instructions. Is there something I'm missing?
